Today my daugher experienced a medical issue while at the store, management and employees provided her with assistance throughout the ordeal. They were kind, compassionate and helpful. A huge shout out to all at Panera!
The workers at this location are extremely slow. Every time I place an online order, I get there 5+ minutes after the promised time and I have to wait another 10 minutes at the location. What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time if you are going to wait even longer after getting there?The staff has no urgency in expediting your order either. They take their time and don’t care how long you have been waiting for.Management, please train your staff better or hire more qualified workers.
I have ALWAYS loved Panera, and I’m not one to leave a bad review however I have had THREE bad experiences within the last two months. The first experience I ordered rapid pickup and went home to find out that all of the bread to both my bread bowl and my baggett were stale. I called and let them know and they sent me a credit. Which I get it things happen, secondly we ordered steak and cheese sandwiches and the bread was hard and gross! Yesterday I ordered rapid pick up, go in the store and nothings on the rapid pick up shelf’s, there were about 3 of us waiting for our orders and I had an email stating mine was ready but my name wasn’t even listed. I waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that my food was over where they give the dining in customers. By the time I got home our soup was cold. This place has completely lost me as a customer, it’s sad because I truly loved having their soup.
No joke took 40 minutes for two chai lattes, they rushed to get then done as we were walking out. As we waited we heard then screw up multiple orders
A little bit of a wait for the two drinks we ordered but otherwise it was not bad.
The food didn’t tasted cooked and the best thing I had was the Mac n cheese was not worth the 30 dollars
Even though the staff was working with a skeleton staff, they remained polite and gave Us speedy service.
Nothing but First Class sandwiches and soups:-) Outstanding staff, very clean dining areas, all the drinks refills you want and nice clean bathrooms:-) The entire family ? can go and eat ?:-)
Had the pizza. It was very good. Nice atmosphere. I loved the self ordering, I could see everything and customize.
to pricey for me,, and some of your waitstaffed is ignorant as hell,,
