Service was terrible, restaurant dirty, very poor management ?

I go here every day to get breakfast. Martha is so sweet, and I love when Sandy is working because she doesn't miss a beat. I order the same thing every time, and my only complaint is with the McMuffins- they are either burnt or not toasted at all- but on the days they are perfect, they are the best!
Was there today and order a double quarter pounder supreme with big Mac sause.and a double quarter pounder mayo only. Told he 3 times and then again when I paid and they still got it wrong. Both were thrown in the bag, sloppy mess with no napkins. I should of went to BK. Next time that what I will do. They lady taking the orders could not shut up long enough to listen what I ordered. I will not be back, no way they should pay them $15 a hour. One star is way to much.
Pick up DoorDash orders here very often always 10-15 minutes late. Wouldn’t mind if they were working hard but the employees often huddle around and talk or joke for several minutes straight before helping there customers. Poorly managed establishment.

Not sure how you grow up to be such a screw up you forget to put the meat on a McDouble?? This place is awful and will never get my business again.FYI it’s not the first time this happened at this location either.
They aren't the best in Butler. Usually forgets some part of your order like fries or sauces.
Able to get quick hot snack to take care of hunger. Good prices as well
