One of our favorites was closed for the holiday weekend so we decided to give this a try from all the good reviews. Sadly 2 of the 3 breakfast meals we ordered were not good at all. One of our family members ordered eggs over hard with some sides. They came out over easy. Not a problem we went back and asked for them over hard. After 10 minutes the whole table was done eating and the eggs come back looking like cardboard. After trying them they were inedible. We talked to the manager who did nothing to correct the situation except saying they were busy. Everywhere is busy and overworked we get that but you can’t charge full price for food that is way below the expectation.

This was my first time at Mac's. It is a throwback to a simpler, slower time. There was plenty of parking that was easy in, easy out. You order Cafe style and serve yourself beverages. I had a breakfast bowl and took half home. The portions are very generous. It may not mean much to others, but the restroom was VERY clean. The table/booth option was also a plus. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The hours of operation are 7-2 which works for me. If you are in the Butler area, stop in and enjoy the music, the conversation and the food.

I tried this place last year for breakfast, staff never acknowledges me other than getting paid, my sausage was pink. Figured I would try again this morning, again the sausage was pink again, no one checks to see if I needed anything. When leaving, no one says good but, thank you.....nothing, once they git my money that was it. I won't go back anymore, lesson learned.

We were getting our tires put on which was next door. Walked over had Grilled chicken .not greasy at all. Drinks were nice, have iced coffee, plus lemonade and coffee. Gave us each an excellent free cookie ! Would return to try breakfast.

dont like setup ordering food first getting own drinks but can adjust . free coffee monday great and cookie. was first time there get used to it

Really liked this place. Prices were very, very reasonable and the serving size was above average I feel. I wasn't prepared for the cafeteria type of experience but the service was also above average. They even went above and beyond to make a substitute for my girlfriend's special diet. KUDO'S! I hope you get some of King's employees, due to them closing, to help with the increase of business that I expect you will see in the future. I'll be back!

Breakfast and lunch - only diner. Typical diner menu of breakfast foods and sandwiches. $10 was able to buy me french toast, home fries, and bacon. I felt I got a lot if food for the money - and it was really good too. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the restaurant, is that it's exceedingly difficult to make a left turn onto route 8 from the parking lot.

This is a lovely home town Cafe that I've usually just drove by thinking it maybe expensive but actually very reasonable on prices. I was getting my tires fixed at business next to them and decided to walk over and try them out. I've been missing out on this small town gem! I can't wait to go back and try their lunch menu! All the employees were friendly and such a nice atmosphere.

We are from north east Ohio and we come to the Christmas light show each year. We ran across this Cafe last year and vowed that this is the place where we will be eating our breakfast before heading back home. Their food is great and you get plenty to eat. You don't leave there hungry!! Staff is really friendly and the place is really clean. Unlike most places their restrooms were exceptionally clean. Will be back next year

Food is great ? and the service was fast and friendly.
