This was the chicken in our family meal pack!
The only issue I had is when speaking into the speaker at the drive thru they cannot seem to hear very well because of the speaker pointing toward the road and a lot of road noise. Even though you are just about yelling your order to them. I witnessed the poor fellow in front of me have to try to repeat his order 6 or seven times. I could clearly hear him from my vehicle.
Recent visit was the fastest I've ever experienced.usually this location takes so long I swear they go catch and clean the fish before serving it. No complaints about the food, hush puppies are carb crack.
I was from out of town. At first, we were going to eat inside the restaurant. After great consideration, we decided not to eat there. The restaurant was a mess. Condiment station had spilled items all over it. The floor was greasy and unsweetened. One of the booths was left with stuff that had to have been left there from a Manager. Very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. Before placing my order and after receiving it, the cashier was too busy on our phone. She could've been taking care of the front of the restaurant. Instead of being on her phone.
Waited 27 minutes in the drive through line and I was still car #4. Left because I had a meeting to get to. My issue: I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE BAD DAYS WHEN THINGS DONT GO RIGHT OR EMPLOYEES DONT SHOW UP, BUT WHEN A PERSON PULLS UP TO THE DRIVE-THRU YOU SHOULD TELL THEM THERE WILL BE A 45 MINUTE WAIT!!! People have things to do other than wait in a line that doesn’t move!!!
The food wasn't very hot when we got it, but service was good and our order was right.
Everytime we go there it takes forever and the employees are very rude from taking our order to almost throwing out food at us, for no obvious reasons..the last 3 times we've gone they've been there they have been out of all the condiments like who wants to eat shrimp without any cocktail sauce, not even ketchup is available & this has been for the last two months...everyone else has it so come on Long Johns get it together...obviously we like the food or we wouldn't keep coming back but that doesn't mean we will keep dealing with these issues when it's uncalled for...times are hard enough we don't need you to add to it.
Won't go again!. Staff was rude. I ordered a fish/ chicken combo. The fish was cold, chicken was old and uncooked in the middle. I just threw it all out and went across the road to taco bell who saved lunch as It was SOOO bad I did not want anything else from there.
Haven't been to a long John's in a while. Now I remember why, everything tastes the same. Chicken, fish,shrimp, doesn't matter, all tastes the same
Come here every other week and my order is correct and fresh. Staff is friendly too.
