My experience was awful. I have Celiac so I don’t eat at fast food places. I was trying to order two buckets of chicken for my husband, who is ill, and my son in law. I guess I was not ordering correctly, since I never did it before, and the manager, Josh, took over and was extremely rude to me because I did not understand what I was supposed to do. I asked to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager and to call the toll free number if I wanted to complain higher. He told me I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. That KFC lost customers now. My family is huge.
I have to say this was the best experience that I have had with a fast food restaurant. The manager at butler commons was very nice, they went all over and aboard for us. They treated us very well, even though they were getting ready to close. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was the best service. Thank you for going out of your way to make our experience a good one.
The manager went out of his way to get me what i needed, bring so late at night. Thank you much, great service. Great place.
The service was good, our food was prepared and bagged ready to go super fast after placing the order and as always everything was Amazing!!!
Inside was closed for some reason. Not covid related. So we had to go through the drive through. They messed our order up. Got 2 mashed potatoe bowls and the lady said "They only order 1 so thats what they got" meanwhile my receipt said 2 were paid for. We got no forks. None of the sauce we ordered. Horrible experience
Worst KFC I have ever been to. Bob Morgan would be rolling in his grave if he knew how this location is managed. signs on the door stating no dining inside. Walked in and tried placing an order only to be told I can only place an online order or go through the drive-thru. Rude employees. I'll never go back. Can't wait until we get our Popeyes Chicken this year ?
got there at 9 on a Friday, didn't close for another hour, they didn't have dark meat fried chicken and "couldn't do it" flustered and upset. I didn't know what to do. i pulled up to the window after getting what I thought could be a replacement and got what my girlfriend wanted. got to the window and asked if the could add on a chicken little or something and said they "can't do add on's and I'd have to pull around" thankfully my girlfriend got what she wanted other wise it would've been a half hour trip for nothing
No service for dine-in. A youth behind the counter, with rings pierced in his lower lip, advised that they were too short staffed to service from the counter and were only taking mobile drive thru and or from the internet app orders. Yet when I was in the store there seemed to be plenty of staffing to be playing grab***. The interior was filthy so I decided to take my money and eat else where.
I went to Kfc in butler pa ordered 4 meals and got 3 and i went back and told the drive thru young lady she said i’m sorry but shut the window ! So i ordered another meal to replace the meal i already paid for ! It’s not about the money or not getting the meal i paid for but more about the disrespect i received because the employees was to busy talking and discussing their personal life ! I took the food to the needy family that me and my son got them and noticed the chicken wasn’t done and the biscuits was done either so he was embarrassed to have given this family food that wasn’t prepared correctly!The blatantly disrespect and disregard for what customers should receive after fairly paying , so at the end of the night i had to order this family pizza and apologize because their hearts was set on kfc ! The last 3 times I have gotten the fill up bowl meal I have not gotten the cookie. Try calling and they do not answer the phone. I have worked fast food before, this is unacceptable.!!! Check the orders before handing g them out. It's only this location I have had no trouble with any other locations. I am done playing with let's not bother to answer the phone. I am calling h corporate.
