Made a reservation on open table, then got yelled at by the hostess when we arrived because they were on a 30 minute wait and we had a reservation some how. I explained to the hostess that we had made the reservation prior to and she reluctantly took us to a table. Other than that interaction, everything went well. Amazing server and great food.

Horrible. The staff here personally ruined my birthday. Beginning with the rude attitudes from the hosts, to the rude waitress who was wearing a tank top and put her armpits in our meals, which were watery and disgusting before adding her antiperspirant to the taste. Management never came around to check on any table. Will not recommend and never go back.

This place always comes through for a good meal and a nice experience. Recently, the management stepped up to the plate twice for our family. Once in September 2021 when COVID had made it nearly impossible to get catering, Hardwood agreed to cater a meal for more than 50 people for my father-in-laws funeral, with only 2 days notice, and the staff even came in early to prepare the meal. This past weekend we were planning a celebration for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. The place that already had our reservation could not handle an increase of three people taking the reservation from twelve to fifteen guests. So I called the Hardwood. Not only were they pleasant on the phone but they were gracious in accommodating a reservation for fifteen (and a toddler). The waitress was terrific, literally ran her feet off with our drinks, appetizers, and meals, brought us extra plates and a knife for the birthday cake, and even brought the kids meals to the table first. Local restaurant, good people, good management, good food, amazing atmosphere. Wonderful!

Decent food, great service

I made a reservation but they were not busy tables vacant everywhere. We asked to sit outside there were lots of tables empty but she would only seat us at a table in full sun because it was a specific servers turn to get customers. There were tables on each side of the one she tried to seat us at in the shade. If no one rwas coming in to eat then maybe you have to seat people according to server but there was a line of people behind us to be seated and she could have sat anyone else in that servers section. Good things food is good!!

Never ever disappoints. Always impressed.

First off, it took half an hour for the appetizers to come out. They were very good, but took forever. Then the reuben came out stone cold, but pasta was wonderful. The server took way too long to check on us and by then the fries were also cold. She was very helpful with fixing the food which was very helpful at least. Over all, food was pretty good after made correctly. The coleslaw however, was rotten. Cabbage was starting to go bad which left a terrible taste.

The past 3 times I have been here the service and food were both horrible. First they didn’t have our reservation for a birthday party. Then forgot one of our meals stating another server stole it. Then the most recent time we were there we were seated, 15 minutes went past and 3 different servers walked right past our table without even looking at us so we just ended up leaving. On the way out the 2 hostesses we’re just sitting texting on their phones. Won’t be going back

1st time there, after just moved here. We like going to local vs franchise.....Should of read the recent reviews first.Place is HUGE in the back, great design lots of tvs for Sports.Make sure you use Open table to make reservations on Friday or Saturdays. We didn't, but got in after a little wait.Staff needs to be more knowledgeable of beer selections both draft and bottle.Ordered spinach artichoke dip and mozzarella.Chips for dip are super super thin and can't scoop any of the dip onto them with out breaking every one. Mozzarella comes in two small triangles, kinda pricey for what you get.I ordered the ribs after asking staff for recommendations. The ribs looked as though they were boiled or steamed vs. Actually Grilled or smoked or even baked (I cook alot of ribs and my wife even laughed at them) it still had membrane on the backs so it was tough to eat, not falll off the bone. Sauce was definitely store bought Texas roadhouse and Smokey bones franchise does better ribs.....so skip those if you go hereKids liked the burgers and kids pizza. With a place like this they gotta do better with food. Imo
