The place is really nice. We had a great waitress! The food came out quick and it was good. The only problem was, the lady who seated us was non-responsive only thing she said was "How many people" exact words. No hello or welcome to eat n park. It was only 2 of us. Me n my sister. When we got to the table I said thank you as she's looking the other way talking to another waitress. I said thank 2x then I finally said very loudly Have A Great Day that got her attention quickly!
Went after brunch hours. The waiter was friendly. A person I was with wanted the brunch buffet. The waiter was not informed about when the buffet was closing. They closed it right after the person requested. Lucky the waiter was respectful and did not charge for it. It was fairly clean. There some trash under our table. Probably left over from the brunch rush. The front door lady was cleaning glass doors. So you can tell they took pride in their place of employment.
Always love going to eat n park but my family’s experience was amazing today thanks to our server, Quinn! He was very attentive and always brought things to us with a smile. If you visit this store, request him!
Terrible service, servers name was Cooper. Brought us our dinner and saw both our drinks empty. Says he'll be right back with refills. Needless to say never got our refills. Wife got sick once we where home and ended up with food poisoning. Manager claims she can't do anything about it. Then tells me to come in for a refund, which was all I asked for. Then calls back a hour later saying they don't do that. Won't go back and don't recommend anyone eat here
My wife and I have stopped a few times over the last few months and it's always delicious. She usually gets some type of breaded chicken sandwich or wrap. And I always the get the Whale of a Cod fish sandwich. It a huge piece of fish that's always crispy and delicious. I like to get the coleslaw and put it on my sandwich with some pickles. AMAZING! I've haven't been disappointed.
The two of us went to Eat n Park for lunch. We had two drinks, one appetizer and the salad bar. Our bill came to 48.00. later that week we went to a Chinese buffet and another night we ordered Domino's Pizza that fed three people. We still paid less for two different meals than one meal at eat n park. Will not be going back. It was the salad bar!
Quick and good service! Clean and well Maintenance restaurant
Ordered a pickup order and was missing half of it. Very frustrating when you get home and don’t have a meal for your kid. When you call they of course think you have nothing but time on your hands and should drive back to get the rest of your food, while the meal you did receive gets cold. Plus the disappointment on my 3 year olds face when she didn’t get her smiley pancake that she asked for. The food is always good but I wish I didn’t now have to stop and double check their work next time I order.
This eat n park has excellent service. Our waitress was kind and always had a smile. The salad bar was good as always. And the restaurant was clean even though they were busy.
make sure the food is temped as per health standards and not serve raw fish to customers getting them sick would be a good start. not sure exactly how something could be temp checked and be served raw.
