I'm sure if was fine!!! I didn't go inside. My girlfriend went in. Been craving donuts so, while we were in that town. We picked some up. I had 1 immediately, it was somewhat on the dry side. Probably sat there all day, couldn't tell if they were fresh or not.
Got a half dozen variety of donuts and they were fresh and delicious. Love their maple donuts. Quick and friendly service.
Nothing like waiting in line for 15 minutes just to be told they are out of all donuts except for 1 kind.. At 4:30?? So I chose the only kind they had but got just 1 donut instead of 3..pathetic and probably the worse dunkin I have ever been to!
I have not been to this location personally, but spoke with them over the phone. I was explaining something important to one of the managers and the gm took the phone, interrupted me, was VERY RUDE and hung up the phone."How Professional" That is not a good way to treat a person who has applied to your store, I mean honestly what if I was a customer with a call in order?! You don't do that! The GM obviously lacks any skills in customer service and should not treat anyone whether it be potential employee, employee or customer like that. With what I just experienced on the phone I would not, and will not be rescheduling an interview, or even ordering from this company SMH, I swear this franchise makes the most ignorant, and rude people managers.
I come here 5 days a week, and the ladies are always lovely and nice! Great service. Prefer this Dunkin over many others in the general area!
Couldn't get in cause door was locked and there was hardly anyone in drive thru so went to drive thru window to order just a cold coffee and the lady said she wouldn't serve me cause wasn't in a vehicle. Well the car I was in was across the street getting air in tires and their doors were locked but still wouldn't get Serve. Oh well lost a customer for good! Back at home we can get served at Tim Hortons drive thru and I'm sure the Dunkin Donuts at home would too!! They don't want to loose a customer!!
Very quick drive thru and the coffee is always great! Staff is very friendly as well
They had only drove thru and the speaker wasn't working so ordered at window and waited. Was just a bad day for them, the inside registers were not working
Went through the drive thru with 2 vehicles in front of me, took 8 minutes to get the 2 vehicles orders, i noticed the vehicle behind me was a relative and wanted to pay for their coffee as a surprise. The server stated their order has not been processed and it would be a minute, so i just handed her 15 dollars to pay for them. I asked my relative later if they recieved it and they told me no. When i called the business, they told me that it was an inline order and they applied the 15 to the vehicle behind he vehicle i qsked for it to be applied for, i said ok well that is not what i requested abd the call was disconnected.
Dunkin Donuts, has no donuts? Not a once off occurance, they're opened til 8pm but dont have donuts by afternoon they said. I understand they dont make them there but then that means they never order enough for their store if they running out every day way before closing.
