I had a daily special pork sandwich, which was delicious. The fries were tremendous -- crisp and tasty. You know a place is good when they don't cut corners on fries. Service very friendly and attentive.
This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Butler. They have unique and amazing dishes that are professional and pleasing to the eye as well as the mouth! And the milkshakes...WOW! My son ordered raspberry tea that was made fresh and I have never tasted a tea so delicious! The atmosphere is very laid back and eclectic with good choice in music too. I will always choose the Chop Shop when it's my turn to pick a restaurant.
I’ve ordered food here at least 6 times now and the food has been good every single time. I love the variety they offer on the menu and I find that I have to try something new each time. My entire family has also enjoyed their meals and look forward to our return trip here. We have ordered dine in and take out and our orders have been right every time. The food is boxed up nicely when we request take out.I most recently order the chicken Cobb salad and the breaded chicken was amazing. So moist on the inside but still crunchy on the outside. I definitely recommend this food establishment!
Just arrived in town and looked to see where to eat in Butler. Found this little gem on Main Street. Looks to be a town favorite as they had a steady stream of people dining in and taking out. Lindsay, a co-owner, was our friendly and attentive server. I asked for a drink menu but she reminded me that Butler county or is it a Pennsylvania thing, doesn't give out liquor licenses, you have to buy from someone who already has one and the going rate is $400k. So they don't serve alcohol there. The food was super delicious though ?
The food is excellent and the specials are always updated. The service is friendly and fast. The interior decor is really unique.
This place has an awesome atmosphere and excellent food. They did have Gluten Free options but they were not listed on the menu. They had gluten free wraps and bread but no buns. They had a grilled chicken wrap for the special so i got it with a gluten free wrap and it was excellent. I do not have Celiac but i do have a wheat allergy and i did have some minor stomach aches which could have been anything but wanted to warn the Celiac readers to be careful, could be cross contamination which is understandable in any restaurant. They also told me they could do tater tots gluten free but i didn't get clarification if these were still cooked in a dedicated fryer or if the actual ingredients were gluten free (fries are breaded). Overall this restaurant was great and the food was excellent!
Had a great experience today! Everything was perfect! Had the fish sandwich and it was phenomenal. Service was perfect as well. I will be going back soon. Best complete dining experience in forever! Even the music was awesome.
Absolutely delicious food...my husband and I stopped for lunch yesterday, and are still talking about how delicious our food was. Service was on point; friendly, quick and attentive. This resturant was very clean and our food was served nice and hot. I had a brisket sandwich and my husband had a cheeseburger. We are not from the area and wished we had this resturant closer to us!!! Thank you again for your delicious and top notch food !!!
Pretty neat place. Tried it out for the first time and will def be back. The decor is nice and unique with plenty of spaces between the tables so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. The staff was nice and attentive without being overbearing. Everyone really liked their food and the portions and prices were reasonable. All in all a nice restaurant in downtown Butler that I would recommend you try out.
Amazing food! The goat salad and the tater tot pot roast were incredible. We will be back!
