Food was good, service was good. Building needs refreshed and cleaned a little better.

I was born in Butler, grew up eating Burger Hut food. It was well known for high quality meals. I live in another state, yet when returning to Butler the past 10 - 15 plus yrs, its been noticeable that the quality & service had declined dramatically. Beef & other products seemed to be of questionable quality? Orders incorrect, lousy service, dirty facilities, weird staff, etc. I ordered large take out meals twice in the past week.....the service was sharp, orders exact, newly remodeled restaurant and overall meal quality has greatly improved. The staff seemed motivated to do good work? I heard similar experiences from some locals. Whoever brought about this positive change? Keep it rolling!!!!
WOW! ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!!!! Been going here for years always been forgiving when things happen like service being slow or fries being accidentally dumped all over guests. However this is ridiculous! We literally were almost done eating maybe another 10 min when asked to switch tables to accommodate other guests. While I understand this guest needed a certain table due to a wheelchair they had already been waiting approximately 30 min because they came in before we even received all of our food. While the restaurant was busy and there were other people waiting for the table that opened up I find it very rude to ask someone else to move and take that table that someone else could occupy that is going to be there much longer. I mean people were sitting at tables that had not even been cleaned yet. To top it off to find out this guest who needed a corner seat was friends with waitstaff. I've heard alot of bad things about Burger Hit lately and people working there but I've always been a loyal patron. I guess I can cross this place off my list and add it to Butlers dying establishments
Decent food n service just on personal note...didn't care for the coleslaw or the chili and the guys were not happy wit the hot dogs.
Tuna melt was ok. Homade macaroni salad was good. The staff is very friendly. Hometown resteraunt..alot of constant locals who know each other. Good for a quick nite.

Good food. Love the feel of old style diners. Brings me back to being a kid going out with my dad.
