The place was ok, they need to step-up on clean. We walking in the place and the first thing a man from the staff said was "Who let you in?" It was 10:00 Am in the morning and he was trying to explain that we don't have enough staff to keep indoor dining open. So we told them it's all good, we will make mobile order and pick up and leave. Manger said no because the "MOBLIE ORDER HAVE TO BE ONLY IN DRIVE THROUGH." Please someone from the staff explain and educate that man that mobile order can be pick up in store. It's not only for drive through. The man was so uneducated that he didn't even know thir store is showing open online. Only message I have for the GM is to hire people that can read and have high education then middle school.
The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my food on the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping make the food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water and toilet paper all over the floor. I don’t know what is happening in that restaurant but it’s not good. Definitely will not be returning.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would've. I went in for a late snack around 7 after work and ordered chicken nuggets and a drink. I looked behind the counter, and as I saw nobody was wearing hair nets, nor gloves. The young lady on fries was holding the fry boxes and touching fries without proper gloves; with bare hands. I was also treated poorly at the counter when my order was taken, not in a polite manner and with attitude. Cleaning supplies were all over by food prep areas, and the dining room too was poorly kept. Would not be stopping by again, very disappointed.
Thank goodness a higher superior has finally put better management in place at this Wendys. It used to be that when you went inside, all employees were having a pizza party in the back of the counter and wouldn't wait on waiting customers. There's finally a manager in place that is making the employees work and do their jobs. Kudos to Wendy's for saving this store!
Just a quick stop for some fries and soda while driving around. Line was kinda of slow to move through, but the fries I got were fresh and the soda was cold, so no real complaints.
Its January 31 of 2022 and this business has not get the walk in service done yet, and when you drive a Truck and you have to park it in the street its very unpleasant to be standing in the drive thru waiting for service.
Ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. Got home fries were cold and hard and my 2 Jr bacon cheeseburger didn't have cheese or bacon. This is by far the worst Wendy's out there. Always getting your order wrong, the "employees" are lazy and could care less. The drive thru wait is always long too. Your better off taking the extra 10 mins and driving to the end of hellertown to the McDonald's. I really wish you could give 0 stars but this place deserves negative stars
I have never been in a Wendy's that has slower service in my life. Lines are more than 10 minutes on a consistent basis. Half the time they seem to be out of the food you're asking for. Understaffed, sometimes. Other times I don't know why you're so slow. Still that's not a valid excuse anymore. McDonald's down the street has no problems with staffing.
Horrible service. The workers seem to be working with no supervision at all and the weight to the drive-thru took about 30 minutes. Once getting our food things were missing and we had to go into the dining room to get the issue corrected. We definitely will not go back to that Wendy's ever again.
Warm fast food just doesn't cut it. Perhaps the inordinate time between my order & receipt of same was the reason? Wendy's: it's supposed to be FAST food, but not fast COLD food.
