. ordered 2 of the expensive Dave's singlesThey were sloppy and nasty with transparent tomatoes and mayo ketchup all over the top of the roll .I went back the next day and explained to the Saturday manager what happened.She was Very very nice and offered to replace the burgers and give us more fries and drinks.She did refund half the bill which made me feelSo much better knowing that there is a wonderful personality for a manager thereThank you for trying to make things right.

You know this is probably the second time I’ve waited so long for my food so I figured while I’m waiting I’ll try the mobile order took forever and then the manager tells me to come inside and pick it up after the app tells me I can pick up to the drive-through window. Then I go inside and wait forever for my food again, unfortunately I probably will not be back this was a terrible experience I never had to wait 20 minutes for food through the drive-through

This place has gone down the drain?if your even thinking of going there Don’t, first the lobby's closed so you have to go to the drive thru. Now they are so busy taking online orders that they leave you waiting at least 30 min to take & give you your food. The service is horrible when you complain they tell you there under staffed which ain't true they're just taking all these online orders that they are instructed to take them first before you sitting there waiting. Be Warned !! go somewhere else!!??

Here is how their drive thru works. 1 car orders, drives to pay and gets food. Then drives off. Then and only then is when the next car orders and repeat. 30 minutes in line and we were the 5th car. So that's that's 6 minute wait per car waiting to just place an order while at the speaker. I can tell its the manager who is the problem. The guy at the window could have easily took another order but he has him wait until cars pass. Been this way for months looking at other reviews. No excuse for this.

Drive up system needs a lot of improvement. I waited in line for about 20 minutes to move up to order my food. Once order it took another 20 minutes to pay and get my order. Three cars behind me left. This is a repeated issue with this Wendy's. Food was very good and the frys were ?!

The lady taking my order could not even understand English and messed my whole order up. Then gets mad and closes the drive thru window on me? Wow Wendy's on stefko Blvd took me 45 minutes to get two double stacks and a hi-c .... Learn some proper English maybe?

Asked for a Single Cheese with nuggets and got the nuggets but the wrong burger. Went through the line again and the black woman gave me attitude and asked how long ago was I here. Never got a receipt so I couldn’t prove their idiotic error.

By far worst customer service out of all fast food places. Waited in line at the drive-through for about 15 minutes once I got close to the Order box she couldn’t hear me so I said I’ll wait until I pull up more. Once I did a male voice came over and stated that they are now closed. They wouldn’t serve the long line they had. Something gotta be done. Very sad.

Literally took 15 minutes to order and get my food ! After waiting 30 minutes in line. Every order including mine were all simple combo meals… How is this possible? Does the management simply not care about customer service or satisfaction??

Worst customer service, waited in line for 35 minutes. They served one car at a time, made their food and then took the next order. I understand it’s the pandemic and staff is limited. However I’ve never been screamed at for asking a question like I was here. Absolutely rude will drive 30 minutes in a different direction than ever go here again. If you can STAY AWAY!
