I come to this Wendy's, 3-4 times a month, and every time something is wrong or, they mess up my order, not to mention the customer service and staff. Very unprofessional, and I noticed the staff not wearing gloves or washing their hands. Wait tim sometimes is ridiculous when you go inside, because they only focus on the drive-thru customers. I gave it 2 stars for convenience only. If fast food is what your craving and have the means to travel to a different location or a different fast food place altogether, that would be my suggestion.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Was waiting 10 minutes at the speaker for my order to be taken and then was sitting at the window for 20 minutes waiting for our food while workers are too busy talking, eating fries, and throwing food. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. Didn’t see any management either. Get new workers!!!!!!

Food is good but past 7 months they're either getting wrong sizes of item( we order large sz and were getting medium) and always forget something in our order.I know this is a very busy location but the employees need to take their time to assure orders are 100% correct.We always know there is a wait which I dont mind here and there.But if I'm waiting over 10 minutes(which always range from 5-10 minutes every time) I expect it to all be there no matter if I order 2 items or 20.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, by far the worst Wendy's in the area. 1 star is immensely generous. As we walked in the employees were locking the doors (it was 11:30am) they wouldnt let anyone in the store to order, and have signs that tells you the dining room is open on each of the front doors. On another note 99% of the time the card system is "not working" so you have to pay in cash. Hopefully the owner does something about these problems (like firing management and hiring new management) and makes it back into a place i wouldnt mind spending my money, but untill then i wont be returning.

We ordered through app today and went to pick up but was quickly evident no one was there, no signage or anything to indicate why they were not open 11am on a saturday.

Has to be the absolute slowest Wendy's anywhere. Doesn't matter if you go inside to the counter or use the drive-thru. I always use the mobile app to preorder but that has no advantage at this location. You will still end up waiting forever. Tonight I placed my mobile order using the app. When I arrived there were about 12 cars in the DT and inside was locked. The wait in line just to get to the speaker box to let them know I was picking up a mobile order took 21 minutes. The wait from there to get to the pickup window and get my food was an additional 10 minutes. So 31 minutes just to make it through the drive-thru for a Single burger. If this were a rare occurrence that would be one thing, however this is the Norm at this Wendy's. The real kick in the nuts after waiting 31 minutes, I took a bite into my Single and it was completely cold, and they also forgot to put on the Tomato and Mustard. Thanks for nothing Wendy's Broadway, I guess at least you are consistent. Consistently terrible.

Food is cold most of the time, fries are stale and salty most of the time. I always come back every couple of months to see if anything changed . And its alway the same smh. I won’t be eating here anymore. All I asked for was fresh and hot food . Just threw the nuggets and fries I bought in the trash. Waste of money

It's a shame my kids love Wendy's but I really try not to go here. They must be really short staffed because the wait time on line at the drive thru is atleast 45 minutes . I went this last time and atleast they didn't forget anything which is the usual

Thai Wendy when from being good place to eat now it bad to come in their are slow I have to wait for them 30 minutes in the drive to thru to order food sorry is not enough anymore they get the order wrong you have to drive back talk to someone to refund you order fix is unbelievable I rather got to Chick-fil-A where I can wait more then 1hr for food seriously this Wendy suck the fresh fries never hot they don’t have enough salt then they taste frozen and bland hamburger are cold sometime never hot today is the final day I eat here I rather go to another Wendy

Going through the drive-thru at this particular Wendy's is one of the most painful fast food experiences I've ever had to deal with. I drive with GrubHub, so I don't have the option to just change my mind and drive away if the line is long. At least, not if I don't want my ratings to take a hit. No less than 4 times over that past 2-3 weeks I have had to wait over 30 minutes in line, with an average of 4-5 cars in front of me when I arrive (Until now, I never considered 4-5 cars ahead of me as a long line). The dining room closes at 8pm, leaving the drive-thru as the only option for food pickup. Which at other fast food joints (including other Wendy's locations) isn't usually a big deal. However, from my observations, this restaurant seems to only deal with one car at a time, from order point to handing over the food, waiting until that car has left before they move on to take the next car's order. This means it takes 5-10 minutes PER car, with little to no overlap in time. This seems to be why 5 cars take half an hour to move through the drive-thru. Now I am usually very patient, but the consistent extremely slow service has made it so that I don't want to accept order pickups from this particular restaurant, which is unfair to the customer ordering through GrubHub, as well as to whatever other driver has the misfortune of taking the order instead. I never go to this Wendy's to order food for personal consumption because of the extensive wait times. I can drive all the way to the Stefko Blvd Wendy's, order, and be eating my food before I'd even get to the ordering point and this Wendy's.I gave 3 stars, because I know they are probably short staffed, and the food is usually hot and fresh, but to call this a "Fast food" place is laughable. Sit down restaurants get my orders to me (both personal and GrubHub) in less time than this particular Wendy's. I hope they are able to address this issue soon.
