Just plain bad. It’s clear there is some tension between staff members. The manager/cashier was rude, was upset she had to ring up our check and get up from her booth. Will never return again, and I suggest you don’t waste your time or money.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT COMPANY... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. FRIENDLY WAITRESSES, FAST FOOD THAT IS HOT AND DELICIOUS, ALL AROUND A REALLY GOOD PLACE TO EAT AT.

I wish I would of taken pictures Definitely recommend. The food was so good and it was priced well. I had an omlette with extra cheese, toast, and hashbrowns. Definitely will be back.

Dined in this Friday on first day of April, 2022. We ordered our surf & turf and prime rib which tasted fresh and hot. What annoyed me was the convo between adjacent booth diners and waitress who presented a chicken fingers & fries basket instead of fried chicken because she messed up the order. She left that basket on table although man reminded her he still wanted fried chicken. Then she checked with kitchen and told the young man if you eat it, you'll have to pay (for her mistake?)! He asks her what is she going to do with it and she explains the kitchen will probably use it for another dish. Really? Anybody there aware of Covid. Is that what they do, transfer the food to someone else? Poor protocol and as a former server, that chicken finger basket SHOULD HAVE NEVER REACHED DINERS TABLE to pawn it off on diner. Keep your mistake in the kitchen and eat it later! Wonder what other faux pas occur there? Servers should practice food service & safety protocol and not mislead paying public!

Even during a busy brunch/lunch rush service was quick and enjoyable and our food was delicious!

I really hate to leave a bad review but this was easily one of the worst dining experiences of my life ? It was my dad's birthday, and he likes old diners like this one, or at least he used t. The prime rib was raw, and the salad bar was literally rotting. The staff seemed angry at each other and the bus boy was throwing things into his cart loudly and angrily. Service was slow, perhaps due to COVID. Our young waiter with a long, low ponytail was the only ray of sunshine. I hope improvements can be made for future families!

On Saturday, January 29th, my girlfriend and I enjoyed a delectable meal at the Palace Restaurant. I went with the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti, along with salad bar and chocolate pudding for dessert. My girlfriend decided on the chicken Toscana with a side of angel hair pasta, salad bar and a cup of New England clam chowder and rice pudding for dessert. Both dinners were hearty and delicious and we're looking forward to our next trip back.

Always good food staff is friendly. Sometimes takes a while but to the season of short-staffed everywhere.

Greatly enjoyed your Thanksgiving Day buffet! Food was fantastic, variety excellent, the line moved along a bit slowly but was expected for the crowd. And better yet, I had no dishes to wash!

This was a bad experience. We have been to this eatery many times before Covid began and it was very good---Food and service. Tonight my wife ordered and was told they were out of it, she ordered a second choice and was told again not available. Here third choice was available. When the food came out my chicken was loaded with so many mushrooms that it tasted awful and I like mushrooms. My daughter found a small peice of plastic in the food and a piece of hair. Two other family members ordered seafood and were not given any tarter or cocktail sauce. The waitress never came back once to ask if we needed anything so we could ask for the condiments. We wanted dessert but decided not from here. I requested ice for my iced tea but was given it after I was finished with my meal--the little I ate. I politely paid for our meals and left a tip. NEVER again. All family members present tonight agreed!
