Today I went to walk across the street from my job to grab lunch after I ordered it from the app and I went inside and I was told I had to leave the building instead of serving the customer which I am so I had to walk threw the drive thru and I waiting in line with several cars around me and stood at the menu screen for at least 10 minutes without being spoken too and then I decided to walk up to the window and they took 10 extra minutes to even come and ask what my order is and then they tried to give me less then what I ordered and didn’t give me my drink and had to wait for them to open the drive thru window to tell them about it and this Taco Bell location is unprofessional and I will not be spending my time, money, or stepping foot on there premises again so they lost one customer who comes there a few times on weekly basis at this location on Easton avenue

This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I love TB food so I continue to come here. I come to this location a few times a year for several years now and I have yet to receive a perfect order from drive thru. There is always something wrong with my order it literally never fails. I have low expectations of what I will receive and make sure not to spend too much money on an order here.

This is absolutely a terrible Taco Bell. They take forever to fulfill your order. I would never order from this location and I will tell all my friends never to order from here ever. They play around over here ?. If you want your food late and cold order from this location because I will never again! Thanks Taco Bell for a horrible experience. Makes me not want to eat your food ever again! Look at all the reviews with terrible drive thru. You’d think they would fix but I guess upper Managment has no clue how to manage smh ?. Blind leading the blind at Taco Bell. Literally run for the border.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins trying to get an uber eats order.. staff claimed they didn't have the order.. slow and seemed not to care

Went to location doors were open.. no sign that said drive thru only.. So we walked in started an order on the kiosk a young guy came out and said sorry mam our dining is closed. I said ok well can I just order and take it to go I walked here... a lady came out from the back and rudely said Nope drive through only.. I said you want me to walk through the drive through? She said again Drive through only. If that is what yall wanna do then you should say so online and post it on the door! And try not to be so rude to paying customers there is no reason I couldnt just order and take my food to go!

This Taco Bell gets alot of traffic & they move quickly. Never had a problem here. My orders are always correct & they are courteous, & very friendly. $5 lunch, can't beat that!!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are never open so don’t waste your gas. 10:30pm on a Saturday and you’re closed but all the lights are on and people are walking around inside. Come on…. Literally Saturday nights are made for late night Taco Bell runs. People..just go to the one in Easton. They were open and very friendly.

Line was so long and the lobby was closed. Order was messed up. Asked to change the combo to just tacos due to no Pepsi available and instead extra tacos were added to the order. Line had to be held up to correct the order. Then got around the corner and our food was completely cold...unacceptable.

The worst!!! Constantly get orders wrong! Tonight when I asked them to correct an error the employee just shrugged his shoulders! Literally … he made zero attempt to correct the problem. When I asked for the manager she was completely unhelpful. I’ve never encountered this degree of stupidity! I was not given sour cream and tomatoes which I ordered and then had to go back and ask for it explaining I had ordered it and did not receive it. …. and was told NO …. you didn’t pay for it!!!! I ordered it you just didn’t give it to me and that’s MY problem!!! This is the MANAGER!!! Note to this manager … just give the customer the little cup of sour cream and a few little pieces of tomatoes and say you are sorry! I understand shortage of help I just don’t understand shortage of brains! Minus 10

Nobody here knows how to do their job. My 4 year old brother can handle this place better.Always messes up my order. NEVER remembers napkins or sauces. If i get sauces its always the incorrect one. This is why the lines never long. None of their employees deserve to get paid
