So not answer the phone! Had to call another location and they tried to call and they wouldn't answer, we ended up calling, emailing corporate office to let them know I went over at lunch and 2 people onsite, neither speak a word of English, this explains not picking up the phone. Difficult to say the least, took long. Time..., but food was good.i won't go back there
I ordered for curbside pickup on the app, which requires you to call the store when you arrive. I called as required and was asked I could come inside and order. There was some confusion and back and forth as I explained I'd used the app for curbside pickup. I was told "We're ready now if you want to order inside, otherwise it will be 10-15 minutes." What's the point of ordering on the app if you can't pickup? Eventually things were sorted out, and the food was brought out, but it shouldn't be this difficult.
I order from there at 11:47 thinking I’m get my food but it hasn’t come and I would like a free sandwiches that I pay for or my money back
My order is ridiculously wrong every single time I order online. Regardless of the notes I add. It never fails. ? just disappointed.
Overall don't like the good, but my wife does, so we eat there. What I will say is the toppings are amazingly fresh, and the owner of this particular store was great. And honestly to put up with some of the nonsense his customers were doing; my hat is off to him
Sandwiches are good, staff unpleasant, do not follow corporate promotions. Really hate to use them but they are local

Really friendly owners. Super clean establishment. My son (11) goes in and orders himself and they are always super friendly to him. Highly recommend this Subway!
Standard Subway fare, but always quick and friendly service with a smile at this branch.
