So Steelworks was always the least favorite in the casino but it seems that they are trying to pick up there game. The Pastrami sandwich was great. Week had it with and without the bread. Realy good and they put the barbecue sauce in the side for the rids in case you cutting back on sugars. The only critique is have is that we waited a little too long. Definitely worth a try. Were going to hit the buffet next time. Good eating.

Atmosphere is superior to most places. Crowd was nice. Good drinks. To be inside a mall I was pleasantly surprised.

The buffet closes at 4pm....The pastrami sandwich was straight Trash along with couple other things... The only good thing of the whole time was enjoyed time out with my Girlfriend.I will never step foot in that place again.... For what I paid..... I make by far better food and sandwiches and I am not a full time cook..The Buffet should be open period I mean it's in the name why have it in the name if it closes so early.. Backwards ran place Food needs to be better for what you pay..Bland tasting and overcook

Definitely not the same.. Sands had more up beat workers.. The guy that runs the pizza pasta station is the worse.. His attitude is terrible and he thinks he knows it all.. I’m not a fan of rubber chicken or runny pasta sauce.. He should be throwing in the chicken prior to the noodles.. Instead he throws it in and immediately puts the sauce in and never lets the sauce thicken up because right after he plops it on a plate..

No buffet on weekends. The restaurant food was miserable. We Ordered the half rack ribs, Not your grandmas meatloaf, and the chicken quesadillas. Not one dish was enjoyed. The ribs were horrible, dry and the meat tasted gamey/smelled off. The fries were okay. The meatloaf looked like 2 large blocks of wood. The meatloaf had white residue on the sides and was most probably microwaved. The gravy covered up the dryness. The chicken quesadillas were so soggy they kept breaking apart. The waitress, Felicia, was wonderful but that’s the only compliment I can give this place.

absolutely disgusting. ribs are rubbery, which is super impressive due to the fact that it costed over $20. everything else is bad, don’t get the steak tacos. the nachos weren’t terrible but obviously not perfect either. fries are DISGUSTING. i give it two stars only due to the service being good.

We went to SteelWorks after an event and it was a huge mess. FIRST, there was a line of people waiting & the hostess wasn’t pleasant. I’m sure people understand wait times but there was no “hello or hi welcome to SteelWorks we have a little wait”. She just stood there. No estimated time on the wait. While waiting in a long line the manager wasn’t pleasant either, she huffed most the time and her attitude was appalling. The experience was already a 1 star before we even sat down. We sat down and the waitress thank goodness was pleasant! While having drinks and dinner, I heard the manager yelling again. Apparently the systems went down. 3 out of 5 tables in our area were not happy and upset. Not ONCE did the manager come by to apologize. I heard tables express how bad the service is & I felt terrible for the servers there. I must have heard my server apologize over 5x at each table for things she couldn’t control. In my opinion the manager should be held accountable for how the restaurant is being ran, and creating a better experience for guests who are not happy. She seemed like she couldn’t handle it, and maybe shouldn’t be in that position. It was a Saturday night while Windcreek was holding an event and the restaurant was falling apart. I manage a store myself, and my customers experience’s are our priority.

Tried the buffet. Nothing was good. The food was dried up and tough. Thought I'd try the pizza but it was cold. Never again. The only reason they get one star from me is because the desserts were good.

We love eating out and we treat ourselves a few times a week. We decided to try the Steelworks Buffet this time and now it’s on my NEVER TRY AGAIN list. Their menu is so poor, it was hard finding something that said “pick me/eat me”. I am so dissapointed. The only thing i liked was their orange cake and there was a chicken salad that was pretty good. But as i mentioned, never again! I am not paying 23$ to eat a slice of orange cake and 3 tablespoons of chicken salad ?

The bartender that served me last Friday around 12 pm was utterly and downright rude. She was short with dark hair and had a bad attitude. She completely messed up my order the first time and when I told her to take it back, she had an attitude and muttered something racist and being black about me under her breath. When I received my order the second time, she basically threw the plate in front of my face with a scorned look on her face. This woman needs to be fired. Stay away from this place l do not recommend after the experience I have had.
