Got the wrong size drink and all they did was add more ice and milk. It was supposed to have extra espresso. This location is usually really good. Otherwise, would have put 1 star

Very friendly staff, along with prompt service. I've been here a few times and I always enjoy the service. The staff is very nice and polite and the seating arrangements are spread out at a very good distance. Oh yea the coffee is great, and I don't mind spending an extra 2 dollars over Dunkin for this kind of service and quality. Very Good Starbucks
I enjoyed my visit. Good atmosphere, good Coffee and wonderful customer service. The location is also pretty convenient. Price for Coffee is good for what you get. Usually get iced late but not disappointed. My favorite Starbucks so far.
This one is convenient ‘ cause it’s right in Southside Bethlehem but the staff is really not all about the Starbucks experience. Typically I go to Starbucks and I provide that my name is AWESOME because when you put a great adjective on your drink as opposed to just your name it really makes it that much better. the barista (Ben)this morning asked me for my name and that’s what I gave him to which his response was that’s not your name and then he used the name on my card. So no real complaint outside of man what a grump.
Worst location ever. Walked in ordered and waited, waited, waited. Mobile orders getting picked up left and right. Others who came in after me got their orders before me. I get it was busy and not wanting to come off as rude by politely asking for an update I choose to wait some more. Ended up leaving as I was working. Thought my order didn't process, checked my app and I was charged.Busy spot with mostly college kids.
Have a cup of coffee and get some work done... Great place

These people work at Starbucks. It’s probably the easiest job on the planet. Yet, they can’t get coffee right? I get that it’s Bethlehem so subpar anything is acceptable but my god I would rather drink gasoline. I would probably be able to chalk it up to a bad batch if it wasn’t three times in a row. If they get yours correct be wary of the wannabes hanging out. I’ve been to shops people use as workspace but never filled with weird creepers that left me with the feeling I was going to end up in a trunk until this location
