I went to get lunch after 1 and we entered with one other person in front of us. There was three of us and we told the lady our orders at least 2 times because she couldn't hear and kept asking us to repeat what we said and she missed something on my order. It took so long for her to take our order that a line builtup behind us. When I got my smokey BBQ crispy chicken wrap there was what looked like chicken in it, but when I bit into it it was just a bunch of breading. Also there was no smokey BBQ taste or any BBQ sauce.I would consider the wrap a vegetarian option. Very disappointing to see. Never going back.

I ordered a wrap and received a half wrap. The frustrating part is when I got home and called the girl insisted with me that, that’s how they make it. It was 4 inches long. I appreciated the manager calling us back and had them make another order. Just check your order before you leave the place. The Sophie salads/wraps are delicious!
Always like the food. Need to honor coupons for 1 person. If it's buy one get one, figure out how to give a discount for 1 salad.
Very good selection of salad and toppings for the salads very good but the price is getting too expensive $27 for 2 salads and 1 soft drink
How was this allowed to go out the door? “Buffalo chicken panini” ordered through Grubhub so I was not there to see it before it left the store. Also ordered the kids build your own meal and everything came crammed in on section and the cucumber was mushy.
Love the variety of toppings offered in a clean environment. Don't like that they are no longer mixing their dressings into the salad before pouring it into your bowl.
I don't know if all franchise are like this but this is the only location I have went to 3215 Shonnersville Rd Bethlehem PA 18017. The price is expensive for the portion they give when serving salad or any of the things in the menu. I order from there all time but honestly Im tired and this is the last time I will go there. I like Salad Works because their ingredients are fresh and you can tell the difference from other places but the serving size is disrespectful for the amount of money. 15 for a kids salad basically. I mean ok portion control but not for salad.
I walked in and there was one person ahead of me. Two people waited on her which is fine. There were 4 employees. No one acknowledged my presence at all whatsoever. The other two employees were taking inventory of the salad bar in front of my face. None of the 4 employees said one word to me. I turned around and left after waiting for quite some time. Disappointing to say the least.
This salad works is amazing. The workers are kind and they greet you right away. Their food is amazing. Its always fresh. I will keep coming to this salad works.
