I recently visited the Bethlehem location and it was an awful experience. The service was slow- after waiting a lengthy time to be seated in the restaurant with a few seated customers, our waitress decided to seat us when it was convenient for her. I ask for water with NO lemon, she gave me lemon. After patiently waiting for her to finish her leisure conversation about personal plans with whomever, she decided to take my order. My meat was over cooked and burnt ( I can’t believe she served it). As a result, I had lost my appetite and rejected dinner all together. However, my dates meal was ok. She ate while I sat unhappy. Oh! I never saw a manger or anyone who may have cared about customer service during my visit. What a disappointment! I will not visit ever again. I’m Done!
This place needs a revamp. Walked in and was seated right away because there were 6 other people in the place. Or waitress was also the bartender, she was very pleasant but was also a bit occupied by the bar. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it seemed to take forever to come seeing how there was very few people in the place. The chicken sandwich was very delightful. The place itself what very dim and dingy. There were chairs stacked in the corner by our table that made me feel like i was in a storage closet. If you can deal with the slow service and the dim dingy seating area, i can tell you that thesmeal for me was delicious.
Ruby Tuesday no longer has the turkey burger that my family and I liked. So my preschooler wanted the pizza. They ran out of the pizza. I asked for something off of the menu and they didn't have that either. Our server came to us many times to see if we were ready to order but left before we could ask him all the questions. It was ridiculous there. The good thing was that the restaurant was clean
Buen servicio y excelente menú
Excellent! They were short of help and we were still taken great care of. She was busy and I didn't get here name but it was the storm on the 12th. Absolutely recommended.
I was there a year ago. Letting go on my complain about the food at the time, I called the manager over and brought to his attention showing him how dirty the place was... Starting at the sticky table to the floors, and specially the carpet that leads to the bathroom and kitchen.. It was filthy! The manager expressed to me that it was to be clean. I decided to give it a try again, went back yesterday and Oh surprise to me when I notice the place even dirtier and also the salad bar sucked!. Nobody was in the restaurant at 5 o'clock and there was barely any choices, what was left had not quality. I consider this a manager responsability. He should make sure that everything: Cleaniness and quality of food is very important to keep this place going otherwise I see it going down down. I am not coming back.
Use to be really good but has went downhill. I’ve received my rice with plastic in it and stale. The cook seems to struggle with temperatures of meat. Can’t get a steak or burger right. Burger is medium well yet came out as medium rare.
Went on Sunday at 7:15 PM to the BethlehemTownship, PA location. Their closing was at 9. Stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be seated. MANY servers and bartenders looked over at us, passed by us, but no one said or did anything. We finally just turned and walked out. If they don't serve after a certain time (although I can't imagine it being that early), they could at least have let us know.
Our waiter was great! We went on a Saturday at noon. The guy from NYC who used to work in catering.
What great customer service!!! Seriously! Thank you, Trina, for listening & being so wonderful! We love the ribs & have had them delivered many times. The ribs from Ruby Tuesday have always been "fall of the bone & delicious." And the broccoli-cheese soup & chicken corn chowder & mac all dserve kudos. It was just an off-day today when they arrived dry and not up to par with the usual greatness... Trina turned it back into a great day!
