The staff are quick, friendly, and efficient. I never see this place packed either so I like coming here for that reason.
Went there on 7/8/21 Thursday, so they know who they are that worked! So freaking rude and ignorant, one cup holder/ 2 spoons for 5 Gelatis, and when I made a mistake and asked for a small instead of a large and told her I'm sorry I need large, her face was so disgusted as if I insulted her or asked for something unheard of!!!!! Treat your guest with respect and how you would want to be treated.
They have regular Italian ice and gelati. They also have sugar free Italian ice. The sugar-free they usually only have one flavor.
The selection is smaller than other area Rita’s as the location is also smaller. It’s the same great Rita’s though. Friendly staff.

My got to .. friendly staff great ice cream. Coconut ice has real coconut cream in it amazing when you come across those little pieces definitely adds to the overall texture of the ice cream.. ??
