The customer service was poor. The bread was so hard that my husband couldn't even bite into it. We asked if they could heat the sandwich, and they told us that they don't heat them there? We spent over $30 for a meal that we couldn't eat.
Just called was put on hold and was a good 10min and then they disconnected me. So now I been calling for 10 minutes now and line busy. I been in this place a few times. it need new management because there is no reason at all to wait up to a hours on a hoagie. I worked in a Italian restaurant with 4 cooks and this was like a pizzeria restaurant that on Monday would make 3 Thousand dollars on a Monday.Steak and hoagie Factory.. Doylestown 2 people around lunch time on Saturday do it there in 15 minuteswait. . Wish they were up here The food is So much better. but im going to have to order some where else. can't wait all night ?
What happened to this place? Food used to be good, so was service. Now you're lucky if the call is answered under 5 minutes and even more lucky if the tppings are inside the sandwich. Sad decline to what was a good spot.
