Absolutely a perfect dinner. Andrew was so knowledgeable and cordial. He checked on us exactly when we needed him. He is a great server. Food was excellent!
My friend and I had brunch on Thursday. We had a booth in the bar area which we like as one does not feel rushed. The food was very good, the service excellent, and we had an enjoyable time.
William, our server was wonderful!! The drinks and food was also wonderful. BUT, the room temperature was frigid and freezing, the wall temperature displayed 66 degrees. Too cold to enjoy the meal. And this wasnât the first time . Iâve complained to staff in the past. Nothing has changed. Please convey this to the manager because Iâm not the only one who feels that wearing a winter coat in the summer is rediculous

I felt that the medium NY strips my friend and I ordered were not medium, but by the actual definition of âwell doneâ. The waiter made sure to verify we wanted medium by saying âpink through the middleâ. There was barely any link, it was a well done steak by all means. Also, one friend ordered the fruit punch and he liked it, but it was awkward as another waitress brought a drink that actually was the fruit punch? Later the main waiter verified if he actually liked the drink but for no reason. It was just weird and awkward. I though the service was great and our waiter was very professional & kind. Due to the food and stature of naming a steakhouse âPrimeâ, I had reasonable expectations for the food but they werenât met.
I drive from NYC and always make it my duty to stop and they never disappoint

The food is always great and the prices for what you get are good. Servers are always polite and attentive. I would recommend it to anyone.
We had an enjoyable evening at Prime. The girls at the front desk were all friendly and greeted us. Our waitress was terrific and got everything we needed.
