I rarely leave negative reviews, but enough bad experiences at this location in recent months has caused me to do so. I typically order online. If it's a single item, the pick up time is 5-10 minutes. This tells me that the food is pre-made & heated up when the order comes in. That's fine, because the food quality is pretty good and it's convenient. The problems start when you add extra items. The wait time can go from 5-10 minutes to an hour. I understand the possibility of staffing issues making a person wait longer, but how does adding 2 additional sandwiches, prepared the same way, add that much time? To make matters worse, when you arrive in an hour, your order is not ready. I have waited an average of 20 minutes over the expectation while 4 staff members talk amongst themselves at the counter. Last night was a simple order. It was ready quickly, but 2 cookies and the breadbowl from the "breadbowl mac & cheese" was missing when I got home. I even asked the counter worker if it was all ready & she nodded dismissively. This place is expensive for what it is, but it was my choice to go there. The lack of attention to detail and the complete lack of customer service means I won't be back.
Got home with my takeout order and discovered my sandwich was missing and the soup wasn’t even close to being full. When I went back to question the manager he said he wasn’t going to comment and that he sees how much they put in and it’s more than that. He basically called me a liar to my face. I was completely appalled by his lack of professionalism. Giving me a sandwich and a refund doesn’t wash away the bad taste this experience left in my mouth.
Delivery from here is absolutely not worth your time. Multiple times I've ordered delivery from here only for up to half of my order not being given to the driver. They've at least given refunds or a new order each time after I call, but it's every time lately and they've run out of second chances.
Quick turnaround time and friendly staff. Very clean and always a good meal! Excellent coffee bar.
Their Staffing levels have reached the point they can no longer fulfill orders. Three customers in a row in front of me all receive refunds for online orders and then I received a refund for my order that was placed an hour prior to pickup. I would recommend people not come here for a while.

when I lived in Bethlehem I used to come here a lot with my friends, I love their combo meals good food reasonable prices! I was in town few days ago, so wandanted to try their new combo, tomato soup with grilled cheese! As soon as I walked in I noticed that the place looks a little run down not as clean and the food tooke a long time. The quality of the food is not the same! The baguette bread that use to be served with ur food was yummy, but the new bread is not at all the same. Tomato soup was okay and grilled chess sandwich is bite size! I am guessing that COVID has effected everyone ???? it's sad
Very disappointed with my sandwich at the Bethlehem PA Panera. I ordered an over easy egg, bacon, and cheese on brioche. No bacon, egg was completely hard boiled, and sandwich was over toasted. I did a rapid pickup so didn’t see my sandwich until opening it on the road during a car trip.
The food quality is good and those bowls made out of bread are just delicious. They separate the soup for take out so when your ready everything is fresh. Excellent.
Arrived today at 3:45 pm and no one came to the register to take our order. One of the employees in the kitchen informed them 3 times that there were customers at the register and no one showed! No problem, I’ll take my business to another Panera! I would give it 0 stars if I could.
