“Filet with fries” This is exactly what the meal looked like when I opened it. 3 whole fries, some scraps, and a flattened overcooked filet. I didn’t take pics of the other stuff because I was too busy trying to comprehend how this abomination made it past a fry cook, a grill cook, expo, and a FOH manager.
We went to the restaurant off 33 in Bethlehem PA. We did not make reservations because we went to my son’s graduation. We had family meet us there. The service was horrible. They told us it would be 30 minutes. We waited 60 minutes which was ok because we did not make a reservation. Then we checked in and they gave our table to another party and forgot us and we waited forever for the meal. There were other parties that came in after us and got their meals before us. I immediately asked for a box as soon as they sat the plate in front of me. I would never have waited for food that long. I will never eat at another outback for as long as I live.
Food was delicious and our waitress was amazing.
This has become a regular spot for both my business colleagues and my family alike. Recently they made a mistake with our steak and the staff rectify the mistake and gave us a credit for another steak on the house. The owner Brian make sure He came over to make sure our steak was made to perfection. Thank You for making my family feel welcomed at your restaurant.
I ordered 2 Ribeyes and 4 side salads and wings they did not give me the garlic butter that comes with the steaks and never gave me the extra hot sauce I ordered. The last 4 or 6 times I've gotten dinner there they have forgotten something. I stopped going to Texas Roadhouse for the same reason I enjoy Outbacks food about 2 1/2 months ago I started going there once a week I was happy with them until recently they keep forgetting items if it keeps up I'll go back to Texas Roadhouse again don't want to
Oh my God.... Outback is usually such a good restaurant with great food.. the service was awful!!! Waited forever to order drinks and appetizers, and again for main course then ordered dessert to take home and waited an extra 25 minutes for that!!!! Our shrimp appetizer was full of grease it was disgusting and also my daughter's french fries were just grease. My steak was over cooked and dry it's was seriously the worst experience I ever had at outback!!!
I had the center cut sirloin. I was pleasantly surprised, it was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The broccoli, baked potato & side salad were also perfect. The service was excellent as well. ?The last time I was here, many years ago, I had the worst steak of my life! Even the big Outback steak knives couldn't cut through it! When I managed to saw off a piece, I couldn't chew through it. ?I'm glad we decided to try them again. It was a much better experience! ?
Sunday afternoon, a rather busier than the norm kinda day and the folks on duty didn't miss a beat. The smiles kept coming the service kept coming and our reward, dinner that hours later still has me smiling! Served warm, well seasoned and timely. This group deserves a huge thanks!! We will be back
We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. They were clearly understaffed even for a low traffic night but she did an amazing job keeping up with everyone and everything. Our food was excellent. It's been a while since I've been to a chain steakhouse but this one got everything right.
