Simply the best asian fusion in the Lehigh Valley! I crave their food at least once oer week!
They get the 4 stars coz they're very nice...and that's about it...the food is 1/3 whatever.
Great sushi - sweet potato and AAC rolls are excellent.
Just picked up Spring rolls. Service was quick. The rolls were made with fresh ingredients. You could taste the quality. A little small.

Lunch bento box is delicious and fresh, sushi is amazing, its really worth for it price. I ordered for carryout and food ready by on time. Really good food !!
Salmon roll was good. Spicy tuna roll smelled like raw sewage and was stale. Take out bag smelled like the Hudson River on a hot day. Not very good altogether, but half of the meal was edible. Do your self a favor and stop serving Japanese food, maybe do authentic Chinese as a part of the menu, people here are all transplant from NY, they would love it. Good Luck.

My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight. We’ve gone past this place several times before and thought it looked like a nice place to get a meal. We were unexpectedly disappointed by what we received. Placing the order and pickup went smoothly, the food was ready when I arrived.However when we unpacked the order, we found that my container of Red Thai shrimp curry hadn’t been properly sealed and a large amount of sauce had leaked into the bag. The plastic bag saved my car seat from being ruined. My wife ordered Kung pao with fried noodles (which was an extra charge), however they packed fried rice.The Kung Pao had very little sauce and even less flavor. The curry would have had plenty of sauce had it not mostly leaked out. What was left was bland with only the slightest amount of spicy heat (even though I requested hot spice level). The only thing right with our food was that the veggies were very fresh.Overall we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience with One Third. For the price they are charging we expected much more in terms of food quality, quantity and service. Do better! Will not be ordering again.
It was the best food I ever had and it was so good and healthy I give this place five stars
