Slowest kitchen I've ever seen. The menu is the most limited thing I've ever seen and they take 90 minutes to produce pasta. Service is great but it's a marathon dinner. If you like salty food come here it tastes like they dumped the entire shaker in the meal.

Great food, wonderful service and a lively atmosphere with plenty of room. Located in a great part of historic southside bethlehem.

Excellent service. Impeccable meal

Excellent food. A friend and I stopped for dinner on a Saturday evening. We had reservations but were a bit early because of rain and we were seated almost immediately. Restaurant was short staffed, one waitress and bartender who also served as a waiter. Tables were very generously socially distanced. My friend had a Maker's Mark Manhattan and I had a Maker's Mark on the rock (yes, one ice cube); both were very good. For the appetizer we split the grilled octopus tentacle which was quite good. Meals arrived without much delay, one pasta carbonara (don't recall the type of pasta) and I had the bucatini with meat ragu. All pastas are fresh (made in house) and both meals were excellent. Food is not inexpensive. Minor complaint: limited menu: appetizers, a number of pizzas and 4 pasta dishes. If I lived in the area, would always eat here.

Service is good but the food is horrible. It's so bland. I ordered pasta and pizza and both were hard to eat. No flavor. The only tasty items were the zeppoles we got for dessert.

my wife and I dined at Molinaris the night before MusikFest officially opened. we selected a 5p reservation to ensure that we would be done in time for our 7p concert across the street. Nowhere on their website did i find any reference to a price-fixed menu during MusikFest; but that's what we found at $40 pp. we didn't need or want two courses before our main, nor did we want dessert. But that's what we paid for (plus drinks). OK, so we received 3 courses plus dessert and all the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service never measured up to the food. Despite a limited menu, we waited a long time for every serving, including our drinks. But what made this worse was that our server paid no attention to our table even when taking orders nearby. Dirty dishes were not removed, water was not refilled, drink orders just sat on the bar. The bartender evidently doubled as a chef or kitchen help, as he was behind the bar maybe 10 minutes during our 2-hour visit. He would run out from the kitchen, throw drinks together and then disappear. I understand the staffing challenges many restaurants are facing, but that is no excuse for simply ignoring your customers, especially when the restaurant is only a third full. Just show your customers that you give a damn! We will be patient. There are too many dining choices in that area to have to deal with poor service, especially at the prices being charged.

Food and service are fantastic. We had the mozzarella appetizer, it was amazing! My wife loved her mushroom pizza. I got the Canestri and have toy say it may have been the best pasta I've ever had. We finished up with delicious Gelato. A great night out, I highly recommend you stop in and try it for yourself.

I am extremely puzzled by the positive reviews for this restaurant and feel very sorry for those who think this is good Italian food.

Wonderful experience overall. The pasta was fresh and delicious, pizza was well made and flavourful. I enjoyed the grilled octopus a bit less, ot was too sweet for me. Service was absolutely gorgeous, I really can't say anything bad about this place. Definitely coming back for their carbonara!

We ordered pizza and cocktails with my friends, and all were amazing! It’s one of the best Italian restaurants in the town!
