Been a while since we’ve been here. Back in the day the staff was friendly and would greet you with a great big welcome to Moe‘s.This time it seems to be new owner/management. they are robotic, no greetings and not too friendly. The soda machines were out of half of everything and the entire experience has changed.
“Welcome To Hell”The Moe’s Time forgot about. I’d been to this Moe’s a while back and had a terrible experience, the workers were yelling at each other while they were making our food and the restaurant overall had an unclean feel. I didn’t write a review then, because they had just changed owners and were still in the midsts of updating things.Now a few years later it’s somehow gotten worse. The manager was yelling a workers preparing your food; the workers didn’t really care what you wanted, and the pile of unmarked food at the end of the line made it almost impossible for the person behind the register to find your order. The tables were not clean, the floors were sticky, and the interior itself lacked all the Moe’s art and decorations.Overall this place is terrible and we will not be coming back.
Third wrong delivery in our last 4 orders. We like Moe's so we kept giving them a chance as we don't like to complain. Usually it's just a missing juice for our son or a missing side of sour cream, but twice now we've ordered a cheese-only child's quesadilla and had one delivered that had onions and peppers, despite the ticket clearly saying cheese only (even in the special instructions). Combined with all these recent terrible reviews regarding food safety, we won't be eating from here again.Addendum: all of our incorrect orders were prepared by Yogresh.
Called 3 times to cancel my online order as I placed at wrong location (traveling). Nobody answered my call, I left a VM and 5 days later still have not heard back. My card was charged for an order I never could ever get. This place is a joke! What a terrible management team.
Worst Moes I have ever been to. See the other reviews, they’re all true. If you must go to Moes, go to Nazareth!
If I could give this place a zero I would. I am a restaurant manager and what I walked into was absolutely disgusting. I saw meat and chicken sitting in a hand washing sink! Staff wasn’t wearing proper uniforms, hairnets or hats. An absolute food safety hazard. I walked out. Horrible.
Food is good. Basic burrito or bowl. Sort of like Chipotle.
Ordered a homewrecker bowl. Was missing 5 ingredients! When I called about it yogesh argued with me and refused to let me speak with his manager. Will not order from there again
Staff was ignorant staff took so long to ring me out that my food was cold and then wouldn’t replace it got told they don’t do that. The soda dispenser was dirty. The condiment area where u get ur forks and straws and lids were dirty.all around it was poor service. Never again
