EVERY SINGLE TIME I get food here, no matter how much or how little I get, its ALWAYS perfect. Yes....I said PERFECT. The food is perfect, my specials instructions for my food is perfect. The service....perfect. I truly can't say one negative thing about this McDonald's. I hate ordering from anywhere else. Maybe bc this place places the bar so high. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. I always try to make it a point to tell them as well. Usually all they get are complaints. So when they give me exceptional service....I always tell them!
I got the sausage biscuit and the chicken biscuit. In the advertisement it shows with cheese. The special was buy one biscuit get one for a dollar. They charged me $0.89 times 2 for the cheese for both the sausage and the chicken. The biscuits were dried out and the sausage biscuit specifically was so hard that when I bit it mostly crumbled to the table. The sausage was like much had no texture only flavor of a breakfast sausage patty. Do not buy these there are no flavor and the biscuits were hard and stale.
Staff was extremely friendly. Order-yourself computers are a serious waste of time. What is the point of having customers enter thier own order at a kiosk if customers are not able to pay at the kiosk? Then, when you go to pay at the counter, the computer freezes and ghosts the order. Meanwhile, order went to kitchen when it was not paid for. Its always a problem when I visit here.
Always fast and friendly.Food has always been correct and they have have never forgot my sauces which is a good thing!
Nice McDonalds, well maintained and very quick service. Our order was right and the customer service was spot on. We did not wait in line very long and it was around 5 o'clock so it was rather busy. Easy on off access from hwy 22
Pretty good. They usually have a rush every time I go, which is just a timing thing on my part, but every time I come here something's always off. I wish they listed all the items on a board for you to double check or something. Otherwise really great service!
The fries were hot, which is must for me. Apparently there was an upcharge for getting an iced coffee with a meal instead of a soda. I was hungry so I didn't fuss about it.
Bethlehem Square:lovely location. Nice,clean. Breakfast with grandkids, meal was served hot and only a short wait . NICE!!!
Drive thru.. always messing up orders. This was the first time in a long time, I lost my taste. The burgers, 1 hot the other room temp. I don't understand how the drive-through line is always so long. It doesn't matter to which one you go be prepared to wait a while
I really felt respected and welcomed. Asked for food items and De-Cafe coffee. Very respectfully agreed to make Fresh Brewing Batch...Very nice team.
