I like this McDonald's, it has a old school vibe to it. The service is good and atmosphere is also good. It does get very busy at times, and the employees work very hard, I gave it 4 stars because it's not the cleanest place but overall it does get a 4/5 for everything else. Nice staff, very hard working, chill environment, right in 5 points,and it's just a convenient location.
Do not go here, or order delivery service from here. Incredibly slow. Numerous deliverers cancelled my order because they don't want to wait 30 minutes in line, and I can't blame them.I've checked reviews from 2013, almost a decade ago, and service was still terribly slow back then.The absolute slowest McDonald's in existence. Scariest part is it seems like it will never change.
The restaurant closed the doors around 5 pm on Thursday, April 21 to dine in. There were customers dining in but both doors were locked for other customers not to go in.When they were letting out some of those customers that had been dining in, in a kind of nasty, not courteous manner, a worker would say can not come in and go to drive thru, with no explanation of why doors were closed for customers to dine in.Many, many customers where finding themselves going to both doors and find them locked. They could have at least put a sign on the doors to let customers know that indoor dining was closed, even though there were customers dining in.After calling the restaurant, a more courteous person explained that they were short staffed and decided to close the doors for no more dining in customers.This could of been handled differently by simpling putting a sign on doors and staff opening doors being more courteous.
This is the closest McDonald’s to my college campus, so I go here a lot unfortunately. I can confidently say that I have never had a wait in the drive thru line less than 20-25 minutes. Currently writing this review while sitting in the line actually. Food is always fine, just terrible care for the customer. *** just came back to edit this to let you all know this visit took me roughly 40min with only a few cars in line. Cashier didn’t say a word to me when I got the food. Lit
This McDonald's wins the slowest drive through awards. The people inside were extremely nice. They also got my order correct.
This McDonald’s is so unorganized. The wait is ALWAYS 45 minutes to an hour. They need new management or some type of training because it’s unexceptionable. No matter the time of day or how many orders are on their screen, or how many people are in the restaurant/ drive thru the service is horrific. When you go inside the store you can’t get help unless you flag someone down and even then they have one of the worst attitudes. You can’t even use short staffing as an excuse because I’ve been the only customer there and I only ordered a smoothie which I waited 25 minutes to receive. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees have no hospitality.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. Almost a half an hour in the drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me the whole time. I get up to the window and instead of working they're playing on their phones. Then they finally get to us she doesn't give drinks. What kinda place are you running here. One I'll never go back to!
This place is where the concept of fast food went to die. The drive thru is slow but going inside is even slower. The staff is rude and discourtious. When the urge for McDonald's strikes I go across town to the Stefko location. That's how bad my experiences have been here.
We waited in drive thru for ten, no I believe eleven minutes for our order. They had a few large orders ahead of us and not park them to keep line moving
As a food deliverer, do not come here! it is not worth the wait. they lock their doors and do not pickup when you are just trying to deliver the cold bag of 2 small frys and a drink.
