Disgusting. I order 4 chicken littles and a 10 piece meal. The chicken littles sandwiches were hard obviously it was sitting wrapped under the warmer for a few hours. The gravy for the mash potatoes was watered down KFC gravy has always been thick. The mash potatoes had a bad taste and the biscuits were soggy on the bottom.I called to complain and the manager wanted to either swap the food or have me bring the full order back for a refund meaning no eaten or biten into items. I was not going to drive 30 min for nonsense. She could have a apologized and offered me a rain check. No compassion. I think the general manager and owner need to really look at the cameras to see how how the business is being run in the evening. In the years I have stopped at this KFC never again and I hope we don't get sick for eating some of the food.
waited about 10 minutes to place order, waited another 10 to get our order.We ordered a 2pc meal, the hotdog nuggets and a 12pc hot wing. The entire order was cold, the hot wings must have been under the warmer for a while, dry and hard, the fries were cold and greasy not to mention the $31 charged for food that should have been in the dumpster. Deliberately keeping dining area so they can get away from serving fresh food. STAY AWAY, not worth it

The food is good, the customer service made me upset.I was at the drive thru waiting patiently for what seemed like 5 minutes too long. Not only after I said hello was I then greeted.Then when I asked for what sauces they have, they told me to ask at the window and then went on to tell me their list of sauces and then repeated that i should ask at the window.I said i wanted butter and to try the kfc sauce.After I pay and leave, check the bags to see there are no sauces. They were indeed waiting for me to ask at the window even after they heard me order what i wanted. I paid for my food and go multiple times a week. I will no longer go here for the simple fact that they ignored my wishes. One star too many.And going back was out of the question. The line was too long for us to wait so we decided to move on unsatisfied with our order.

I'm actually obsessed with KFC as a fast food place, although there isn't one close to my house :(. When on road trips I always look out for them. Their fill up boxes are such a good deal and their famous bowl is good with kids! Pot pie is tasty as well. Fried chicken is the obvious star here but everything's good!!
If you order online make sure you go to the correct door and ring the bell. Don't sit in the drive though like I did which is what it said on the app. Some more signs would really help. Chicken sandwich was good.
Went here today and got there at 845pm, and there was a longer than usual line. I finally got to the order window at 908pm and the kid working the window told me they were closed though they just took an order from the car in front of me. I checked the website and it says 10pm. I drove to the front door where it stated they are open till 10pm just as the website said. I drove back to the window and asked for a manager. The manager lied and told me they are closed because they are out of pro. This was such an incredibly disappointing experience and just makes me never want it go back.
