Bagels were OK a few years ago but now they don't taste like they're using good ingredients, also they taste like they're a day or two old not baked earlier in the morning. Might be OK for some people's tastebuds but I'm used to NJ premium quality. There are other better bagel places around if one looks. I don't recommend if you're looking for tip notch.
Condescending staff. The bagel chef tried to start an argument with me over my attempt to be polite to the customer in front of me by asking if they had ordered yet before I began to place my order. This review is for the west gate mall location and this is not the first time I’ve noticed the bagel chef treating customers this way.

The woman in Hijab ( suppose to be pure) just made my bagel with gloves she used to collect money and move trash and wash counters ..this place is dirty I will not return. I am a Muslim also . She looked right at me when she did it and didn't care . Rather than make a scene I threw my purchase in the trash .
