The service is 5 star but 2 thought food was just ok and 1 enjoyed everything. Sea scallops, Chilean sea bass , lobster tail and the Japanese Wagyu all were excellent , short ribs ok they were a little dry , salmon not so good .The Mac and cheese was nasty . If my husband reviewed it would be 5 stars but I’m the one that had the ok food . Wagyu is a must have .

Came to celebrate my moms birthday and we had a very late reservation but the restaurant was still crowded but well worth the wait. Our server Temba was very attentive and friendly giving us time to enjoy our meal although it was very close to closing time. The portions were plentiful and came out hot and tasty. Was definitely worth the drive up here.

We enjoyed this rare experience of savoring a flawlessly executed meal in every detail. From the thick cut juicy ender lamb chops, cooked to perfection, plated beautifully with the drizzle of tangy a jus and a hint of sweet pomegranate, the velvety mash, to the perfectly coked Chilean sea bass and fragrant mushroom risotto , and even the lemon creme brulee finale, our meal was flawless form beginning to end. Bravo to the Chef. Superb. The service was excellent as well. I do feel the vegies and sides should be included with the meat, not ordered a la carte, considering the high price tag. But the quality makes up for the bill.

My husband and I had dinner here on my birthday. I ordered the Chilean sea bass over mushroom risotto and my husband ordered a steak. Both dishes were delicious, as was the cheesecake we shared. The birthday dessert dish was lovely and on the house, a nice surprise!

We look forward to dining at Emeril's on the average of once a month. It is our favorite place to dine. The food is outstanding as well as the service. We have never been disappointed. The wait staff is excellent and a special mention for servers Temba, Chris and Manager, William. All are so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Emeril's! You won't be disappointed.

Just inside the Windcreek Casino, Emeril’s Chop House is a higher end restaurant. Reservations are needed and don’t arrive early because they won’t seat you even though we saw a few tables empty. Staff seemed to be stressed and hurried. Silverware was just placed on the table in a haphazard manner, almost dropped. Food however was very good. We started with the calamari with a delicious tomato based sauce, but not the typical marinara. The Caesar salad was typical. The salmon was very good, served on a bed of sautéed spinach. The pasta with bolognese sauce was delicious, and there was plenty of it. Dessert was very good also. The lemon creme brûlée was mouthwatering. The banana cream pie was good, nothing spectacular. Overall it was a very good meal, definitely a repeat worthy.

My husband and I ate dinner Friday and Saturday at the restaurant. Friday night was enjoyable dinner and service was very good and the meal was delicious. Saturday was totally different and by the time I left the restaurant I was upset and very disappointed in the service. When we were seated the servers arrived at our table pretty quickly (the last time). We ordered cocktails and appetizers to start. We also asked the server for the wine list (we had to ask twice). We were still ignored by the servicers and we had to finally ask the a manager to place the wine order. I did tell the manager I felt we were being ignored by our servers. The servers were all over the tables around us. We received our entrees and finally the wine (the table behind us were already on the third around of drinks - service was very good at that table) . We had to take the wine with us since it came so late to the table. The one server continued to ignore us. The treatment was beyond upsetting!! I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. I'm not sure why we were were being treated so poorly by this server. Not an enjoyable birthday dinner.

Original reservation was scrapped due to snow last week. Great job by the restaurant communicating on that. Rebooked for last night. We came here last year and enjoyed. This year was five star experience for sure. Service was exceptional. My wife was treated VIP for her birthday. The steaks were teerrific and the sides were excellent, especially the mac and cheese. The menu is pricy but the experience is worth it. Great job Emeril's!

Came in to gamble ,,could not get near a crap table to save our life. We had not had dinner yet so we decided to give this restaurant another chance...(hoping that spaces on the crap table would open up after dinner) .Never Again.. We were about to toss a coin between the two choices when the waitress recommended the Pork Chop. The waitress did not tell us that one Pork Chop would feed 3 people..We ate some, and packed the rest to go..Because the Pork Chop was so BIG, It was really not cooked thoroughly ( all the way thru ),,which worked out fine as we re-heated (finished cooking it) the next night..Waited what seemed like forever to get a check, and normally, its three strikes and your out, but we are not wasting our time or money on a 3rd dinner..I don't think Emeril would eat this either.

My daughter ordered 6 ounces, we were all lucky that she shared it with us. It was the most amazing steak I’ve ever put in my mouth. However, no certificate of authenticity was ever received or seen. Huge disappointment. I had the sea bass, which was so fishy and disgusting I couldn’t eat it. However, they removed it from my bill which was appropriate. But I became s very sick for 24 hours afterward. The other 4 meals were delicious and enjoyed as were appetizers and desserts. Do not order any fish, and I’m left wondering about the authenticity of the wagu we paid $150.00 for.
