Food is awesome but I had a bad experience. Yeasterday I order a bowl and shared with my 2 year old son. I order non spicy ingredients because I don't like spicy food and also my son was eating from the bowl too. We took it to go. It turns out that while eating I took a bite and it was one the most spicy bites of food I ever had in my life. How is this possible when I said nothing spicy and it was only one bite that was spicy. I'm wondering if with the rush they drop some spicy sauce in the other ingredients. Just a suggestion maybe those spicy sauces have them away from all the others because my food was ruined after that event.
Our first time here and we will definitely be back! Amazing food, friendly staff and the night manager Steve made our visit memorable. I highly suggest this place ??
Ordered takeout and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. Had 3 chicken tacos, horchata, and chips with queso. My horchata lid didn't fit the cup well and it spilled all over my bag- it was wrapped in foil and placed in top of my tacos box- which got smooshed a bit and I had to scrape Sour cream off the lid. Took out the horchata and it ended up spilling in my cup holder which I shouldn't have done, but I didn't want soggy tacos. They also put pickled jalapeños on my tacos, which I didn't ask for, but they were still ok. Food is good, Service and speed were great. I spent just under $20 for all which is a pretty good price. ?
absolutely the worst, unorganized service. I ordered on line and my confirmation said 7:00 pm pick up... it's 8:00 and we're still waiting here. I started reading reviews while I waited and it seems not only do they cheat you (they still charge you and refuse to give a redund) but they chase you out of line when you ask for your missing items... never again
We use to really love this place but their food has really gone down hill and prices have gone up. Recently we ordered chips and queso which cost $6.10 and we got 1/3 small container of queso and 10 chips. Photo attached is how it arrived. For the past 6 months, every time we order food something is forgotten. I use to work in the restaurant industry so I give places and people a lot of grace but their service just keeps getting worse. Please please fix this, El Jefe as we would love to keep supporting you.
I have never liked walking Mexican food, but this place makes all those other experiences better. The food is cooked to perfection, the service is fast, the prices are reasonable and the options are endless. Everything in the menu is fantastic. Everyone should try it at least once every item on the menu. I'm personally hooked to the chimichangas, they are just perfect for the price and delicious. Now you will probably see me there cause I'm hungry.
It is my favorite fast casual restaurant in the Valley! The food is bold and flavorful. The selection of toppings are extensive as they are delicious! Portion sizes are incredible! The selection of hot sauces and other types of sauces is unparalleled. You could try a new one every time you visit there. The prices are more than fair! And everything is clean and well maintained. If you like Mexican food eating here is a must!
We ordered fish tacos and a chicken burrito and our taco only had fish and our burrito only had chicken. Literally the only thing on them. This place is garbage.
Great tasting chicken and steak. I love there nachos with in house salsa. A lot of great tasting hot sauces. Awesome staff, real friendly and helpful.
No curbside pickup, no place to park to run in. Spent 15 minutes looking for a parking spot so I could get in and get my food. Was told I didn't have to yell except that twice when I told him my name he couldn't hear me. So I spoke considerably louder the third time to get through my mask and their barrier. Don't plan to go back, it's more of a college student place to eat. Food was fine, no problems there. I would have liked to have been able to order just onions and not have jalapenos. But someone else was doing the ordering and they were confused enough with how to handle the ordering and I didn't want to make them do it over.
