Getting a little nervous…. Had awesome staff when it opened but had some changes lately and the inside is not being taken care of like usual. Tables and floor beginning to look messy all the time. Don’t let this great DD go down hill !!
Good coffee, fast service. Selection of donuts seemed less than in the past. Wish they had a wider variety.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Most times when I order some food there, they get my order wrong or they just throw my food in the bag with absolutely no care at all. Today, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with some hashbrowns from this location. Instead of giving me a plain bagel, they gave me an everything bagel. Plus, the sandwich was burned so badly that there was ashes on the egg and cheese. The hashbrowns were just thrown into the bag and they were completely out of the little packets they put the hashbrowns in. I seriously don't reccomend this Dunkin Donuts because the employees just don't care. If you live in the Bethlehem area, do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin Donuts in Bath, PA. They're way better for whatever reason.
People are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever! Instead of discussing what is in a drink like a professional, they would rather laugh and be sarcastic about the question the person asked about a drink. Then point as they come up to the window to get their purchased item for a friend. Never in my life. Well, there are other places to go!
I order for this place 2-4 times a week. Good service.
I went early this morning, around 6am and the staff were wonderful, friendly, personable and accommodating! They made my drink PERFECT! The overall experience was wonderful! The best Dunkin in the ABE area hands down!
