This is by far my favorite Dunkin around here. Fast service, very friendly, and always get my order correct.
Worst experience I’ve had thus far at any Dunkin Donuts franchise. A young looking woman with long straight black hair, white and around 5’3 - 5’5. She had the worst attitude and rushed my order. I then heard over the loud speaker while I was in the drive thru: her talking to what I assume to be a co worker about how slow I was being. She then opened the window and rushed with my order. She forgot three things and then took a long time to get my food. I heard what think to be her name “katelin” said by a co worker. This woman needs to be fired or taught some respect.
The worker Sully treated me disrespectfuly because they forgot something on my order.Other wise this location makes better coffee than the other around so I drive out my way to goto this spot.
Only drive-through if you can’t open, don’t open.
We have been going to this location since before the pandemic, and after it seems like everywhere else getting workers seems to be a pain, BUT I will tell you managment here is very good to the customers, and our orders have been spot on. Keep it up guys. I will totally recommend this location. Thank you .
Pulled up to the drive thru at 5:50 pm when they close at 6:00. Three cars in front of me. I get to the window at 5:51 and they tell me they are closed (after taking an order about 30 seconds before me). Mind you, I could still place an order through the app and pick it up through the drive thru since the inside STILL isn't open. Just wanted a coffee before my night class... Won't ever come here again since they can't even stay open until their closing time. Poor service.
This place used to be great. But the evening staff is horrible and doesn’t even seem like they want to work. Went in Wednesday but in order, and repeated it. Had to turn around because order was wrong, I was told he was there all alone and he was overworked. We back today for my evening coffee, waited by speaker for almost 4 minutes before I said hello, then they replied sorry we have nothing brewed right now. REALLY isn’t this a coffee shop and it’s 6pm it’s not like you just opened. Again there was only 1 person inside. I will now rather drive to Stefko and get my coffee.
I usually dine in but every time I go to the drive through for me it's painfully slow. I suffer from panic attacks and it's a true test every time I get in line :-)
Generally a fast, friendly and accurate Dunkin location, in an area where most Dunkins miss two out of those thres. :) Main problem lately is that they’ve shut down the ability to order and pick up inside, so there’s often a line of cars well down Oakland waiting to get in, and another line in the parking lot trying to merge with them. Hire someone for the inside again and you guys will be back up to five stars! :)
Best Dunkin around…Staff is always friendly and pleasant, service is quick and accurate. Thanks for being consistently awesome!
