DUNKIN has mediocre overly priced drinks that are not being sold at the price they are posted as. I ordered a small chai latte with a espresso shot and that was $6 I stopped asking questions after they charged me $4 for something that was marked at $3.49. Will be a long time before I order here again. Smh.
Went above and beyond with my order when bread wasn't available. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dunkin. Staff was quick and friendly. The only people here that have an issue are the ones that need 15 minutes to order 1 thing -.- made my night. Faith in humanity
Very rude customer service and the manager Stephanie was very rude to me and they didn’t follow Dunkin’ Donuts policies or rewards. I REPORTED HER!

Usually I get very good food and service from this Dunkin' donuts on schoenersville road but unfortunately that didn't happen tonight I ordered tea a bagel with strawberry cream cheese not toasted and a donut. But what I got was t and four donuts no bagel with cream cheese. I gave them a low rating since they didn't even bother to check the order to make sure it was correct very disappointed.
I don't understand why they try to charge me $4.02 for a small hot latte. Can anyone answer that? What is going on?
On map search it says they’re open at 5am including sundays. However I ended up wasting my time over false advertisement. If you open at 6 you should change that online as well, just like all the other 6am stores.
The worst DD. They always get orders wrong. They don't offer a senior discount because "we got a new register and it doesn't allow that" oh please! I get an extra large coffee, cream and sugar, that's it. I get mediums, I get asked what donuts did you want (I didn't order any), I got an iced coffee once. Iced coffee will never leave my lips, that's gross, even on the hottest day in July, I want HOT coffee. Horrible place!
This dunkin is a absolute disgrace, the workers are incompetent & no one seems to know how to make a simple peanut butter cup iced latte. Someone with some actual knowledge needs to come & train these people on how to do their job properly.
