Worst DD I’ve ordered from. Customer service is confusing. I’ve also gotten my orders wrong multiple times.
Worst dunkin ever. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Terrible dunkin to work for. & he refuses to give me my w2 from when I worked there bc he disliked me as an employee. Do not recommend at all!
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and there’s a weird metallic taste for second time from this place. I tried to call the store and it’s just busy.
The customer service is absolutely astonishing. We went through the drive thru and we immediately were aware of the workers attitude. As we were ordering, he was very impatient and difficult with. He didn’t try and hide the fact that he was very impatient and annoyed with us. When it was time for us to pull up he was acting the same with other people being us. Rolling his eyes and laughing at them. I understand that they were understaffed but he could’ve gone a little nicer with it. I work at a place where sometimes it’s one or two of us and we don’t we are never rude with the customers, because we like to treat them like their family, this man was didn’t even try to be nice. Kept us hunny like we were children. Sir, we came to order food at dunkin, and if you don’t agree with that then find a different career. Ps stand up when you’re working. The other 2 poor workers were actually working and trying to do the whole line of orders, while still being kind. They deserve a raise. Just so the boss knows who these workers were: they worked around 1pm on Monday December 6th.
This is the worst Dunkin. Asked for a lightly toasted bagel with 2 cream cheeses on the side . They charged me extra for the second cream cheese. Get to work only 1 cream cheese and a burnt bagel. Does that look like lightly toasted?
This has to be one of my least favorite DD. They can never get my order correct. Today I went through for 2 coffees, one hot and one cold. They made 2 cold and although they caught their mistake this is how my WRAP looked as I opened it up. This is not even a wrap. DD has turned into a place for young people to make a quick paycheck and nothing more. There is no passion anymore, and it’s saddening to know it’s been this way for a while now and nothing has been done.
I know most write reviews to complain but I would like to give a complement, I understand there are staff shortages along with hiring quality staff, and I have experienced long waits BUT the guy who runs the morning shift at Dunkin Stefko is ALWAYS busting butt! Always nice. I appreciate him. It’s hard to get workers PERIOD nowadays — he’s worked through the pandemic & STILL does his job well!!
Very rude employees. We asked for a coffee roll at the window and he refused to just add it to the order before we paid. He lied saying there were 3 orders after ours when there was only one car behind us. That Tattoed guy with the painted nails was just a D**k honestly.
I guess they don't know how to count at this dunkin. Husband ordered 50 munchkins and came back with 10. In his frustration with HOW LONG the wait was. He just left. This place is horrible. Can't even have the store open ,only drive thru. Obviously they aren't that concerned about working cause they were dancing inside the last time i was there. Glad your being careless and not doing your jobs. ? Wawa it is!
the reviews say it all. i know there's staff shortages so longer wait times but they can make it up with courteousness... but nooo these folks are rude as **** especially the GM.
