This place is also a gas station …. They did not allow me to use the bathroom…. So you can buy your breakfast and sit down but if you feel you have to use bathroom then what ! Not acceptable I will be calling corporate office !
I just left this place and will never go back and nobody else should. In the year 2022 I watched an employee eating her food and licking her fingers, followed by asking if “can I help you” to take my order. I told her no and that I just watched her licking her fingers and asked if and when she washed her hands. She had the audacity to roll her eyes as if I was in the wrong to mention it. The inmates are truly running the asylum there bc there doesn’t seem to be a manger ever there. I’ve been in there before with my kids and the employees are swearing at each other as well.
The professionalism is not there. The big Hispanic lady with the broken English asked me for for how many munchkins I wanted 4 times with both of her air pods in. I also bought a coke and as I came up to order she stared at me as I tried to order and showed me the scanner saying “I NEED TO SCAN IT.” After minutes of silent eye contact, I asked for equal amounts of all the flavored munchkins and she yelled at me asking how many after once again telling her I wanted 10. While still waiting for my order she is yelling at her employee to hurry up so I can get out of there but im a way where I was a burden to their work environment.
Too many Red Flags ?to name. Never going again. From finding Things yes things in my drinks, HORRIBLE customer service and missing or wrong items. This location needs New Management
I wake up earlier just so I can go to a different dunkin on my way to work. The ignorance from the staff here is repulsive. I don’t have the time nor the energy to elaborate about every terrible experience I’ve had over the coarse of a year. Today I got yelled at because I could not hear what the man was saying. When I asked him why I was being yelled at he responded with an attitude. The woman at the front window shoved my food at me and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my straw. If that was terrible enough, my sandwich was cold and my coffee was stale. This is a constant thing with the staff and it’s completely unprofessional
I am getting very irritated that this Dunkin' donuts keeps closing early. Today, they are closing at 6:30. There is no warning and it is very aggravating. Every single time it is the same manager doing it. He's some young boy with long brown curly hair. It seems like he doesn't need his job, maybe the owners of this Duncan should know that. I suggest replacing him with someone who takes this job seriously, because he is costing the company money.
I am so disgusted and disappointed in this establishment. Not only was the woman rude after I had been standing waiting for my order to be taken for at least seven minutes, but an employee came from the drive-through window area biting his fingernails and then pick food up from the donut area and gave it to a customer. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to in my entire life. It is dirty, the employees have attitudes, and they don’t wear gloves. I am reporting to the health department.
Waited for a long line to be told there were no donuts. One inside helper yelled out to get our donuts somewhere else.
I asked for a hot chocolate with almond milk but they gave me the nasty chocolate milk with water and gave my egg on my sandwich raw never again?
This place has very poor customer service .They never get your order correctly plus the hot coffee is never hot it’s room temperature.When ordering a decaffeinated coffee they always give regular coffee with a shot of decaf in it .The employees are rude and not costumer friendly. The staffing needs to be retrained .A one star they don’t deserve.I truly want to call corporate and explain that this staff needs help .
