It was our 5th time at the Chop House, the 4 previous were under the Emeril's ownership. Service was very good but there was considerable difference between my meal and my wife's meal. I had the bone-in pork chop which was outstanding. Cooked perfectly with incredible flavor. In contrast, my wife ordered the salmon which came skin-on. The salmon was charred (actually burnt) considerably and while I would like to attribute that to my wife asking for it well done, the meat under the skin was rare at best. Very disappointing to say the least. As for the ambience, it is a bit inconvenient to have to walk through the casino to use a restroom during dinner. As an upscale restaurant, you would expect slightly better than casino bathrooms. We will consider the ill-prepared salmon meal an anomaly and go back once again in hopes it was just "rare" mistake
The Chop House was a nice restaurant to try but I am unsure if I would go back. I enjoyed my filet mignon but my boyfriend did not really enjoy his porterhouse ($90) as it was not cooked medium rare all the way through. The value for our money was not great, but the service was amazing.
Ordered Med. Rare Steak, received Med. Well steak. Martini was VERY good though.
Of all the local ala carte steak houses, the sides at Chop House are the best. All are shareable and delicious. And of course the steaks are outstanding.
Food was great as normal. Missed some of the items from the Emeril's menu. Not sure why clams are no longer offered. Clams on the half shell and clams casino were not specifically Emeril's. Should bring them back.

Excellent time at the new Chop House. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent. In my plans to return shortly!
Food was delicious, service was wonderful. Our waitress Dana was fabulous.
