The food is average but they are close to me but I have never been as frustrated as I was trying to get food as a was when I went here last. I stood there with my young son making eye contact and telling my son to calm down and wait and saying loud enough to hear that we are ready to order however everyone just kept walking past us. They did this until another customer walked in and the closest worker picked up an order pad and asked him what he wants and started taking his order. I walked out at that point, anyone that wants to act like that will not be getting money from my if they care or not.
I’m not the type of person to switch up my meals when I know what I like so I literally get the same thing when I come here. I may switch up the white rice for yellow and vice versa, but other than that I love their food and crave it frequently. Unfortunately, I live a town over so when I’m in town I may stop by.
I ordered on Grubhub one of the family meals. Extremely happy with what I got for my money! Everything was neatly packed and I got extra things that I didn’t expect like a salad and sweet plantains and a soda! Very pleased with the food quality and quantity!
Ordered steak and plantains. Stake was full of so much grissel and was very tuff, and the plantains were cold and hard. For the 16 dollars I paid, I should of got fresh plantains and the thin steak should of been softer.
Don’t eat here ever! The food isn’t fresh food poisoning here. Also way too long to fill delivery app food such as Uber eats and grub hub, you’ll wait 20-30 minutes for your order. The most rude service and the food is not safe.
This was my spouse and I first time trying this place and we ordered food through Uber eats. The food was amazing must I say and I would have been a returning customer if the customer service was way better. I ordered $25 worth of food just for them to forget a part of my lunch special. I called and spoke with the women over the phone and at first she told me I didn’t place a order for tostones and that I didn’t order through Uber eats. When she finally locates my Uber eats her response was “it was a accident” “we ain’t delivering 3 tostones” she was really rude and unprofessional. The women stated she would put the owner on the phone but simply muted the phone then hung it up on me. I was very dissatisfied as a first time customer on how this business treats their customers.
Love the food here and love them tostones but ya getting stingy with the mayo ketchup and also had noticed with the beans when I had order food to go :/
food was great. amazing flavors. fast delivery and it still was hot when it came. highly recommend
I have always ordered pernil sandwich’s all the time and it was always good. Today I got a whole family meal. Rice pernil and beans. After I ate I felt sick to my stomach, didn’t think nothing of it thought I was just feeling bad generally. After a few hours I noticed the beans looked bubbly without heating it up. When I opened it it smelled rotten. Idk how long they had the beans but never again will I order food from here.
Food is good, service was horrible. Impatient and rude attitude for just taking a bit of time to take an order.
