The lady behind the counter had me try the hard ice cream and said she didn't know how long the tubs sit in the freezer thing.... yuck!

Whomever answers the calls there is unprofessional and immature. It's definitely a young girl. I didn't get her name, nor did she give it. I called to check on the available stock they have in the display case. She laughed as she was listening to me, then said let me check, immediately after saying that she said they didn't didn't anything available, and hung up. If you are the owner you better start screening your employees and checking their credentials. I understand it's a horrible job market right now, but you might as well just stay closed, instead having people like this represent your business.
The employees were very nice but the spelling was off. I love the ice cream so maybe next time I’ll just write it myself
Craved Carvel soft ice cream so drove from Easton having ice cream shops here with the family.730pm Sunday Father's day.waited for service 3 on behind the counter 1 customer with his wife a 2 Boyz 7 min.place the order soft vanilla icecream.stood waiting additional 5min .only to be told they ran out.730pm Sunday fatherday.no vanilla icecream.never again.

So my husband and I really wanted and ice cream cake for our wedding. We thought it might be an odd request but we were pleasantly surprised when the owner said she does them! We were able to order the cake exactly how we wanted it and the fact that we were able to actually have an ice cream cake as our wedding cake made the day even more special and personal. I just got winterfest shake and the girl was’nt trained how to do it. Not her fault it’s who ever is her trainer/coach whatever it may be that’s on them.Ice cream is GREAT. Hense the 3 in the stars.
