I've been to this location many times and there always seems to be something wrong. One day the register won't accept credit cards. Some days the drive thru line moves very slowly, like literally a few minutes per car. Some days they close early for seemingly no reason. IDK if it's staffing shortages or what. At least the food is consistently good. I usually never have a problem with my order, except one time the Chicken Fries came out lukewarm and flavorless.
We rarely eat fast food but we do enjoy it, by a happy coincidence we had some BK coupons and stopped in for lunch around 11.5 this morning, only to find that the dining room was closed. No explanation, just a sign saying dining room closed. Drive thru was open, but we for one think that eating in one's vehicle is something one does as a last resort. If they're still closed because they're scared of COVID then they should let people know. Since we have many choices for BK in the areawe don't ever need to stop at this one again, why bother? Route 22 is a quarter mile away maybe management will figure out people vote with their feet, there are plenty of good fast food aces in the LV.
I don’t know her name, but the elder women on the drive thru is very disrespectful. She told me I’m not allowed to order in Burger King and told go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street and buy what I want it.
Nor sure why there dining is closed. I drive a tractor trailer and have no microwave or a way to cook hot food. No biggie but getting to eat hit food is a treat so I Happened to be parked next to this BK while my truck is getting fixed and walked over only to see dining room closed. Called to see if they could help me but nope they said call Uber eats. Yeah and spend $10 on a delivery when I can see the BK from my truck? And people wonder why there's a driver shortage.
I would give zero stars if possible since I was refused service! Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:12am to order two whoppers. I was told we don't make them for another 15 minutes. I was not given an option to wait. We wound up going somewhere else.
Two cheese burgers and a medium fry. Pretty simple...think again. Rolls were hard like they were sitting out for a day. Burgers were dry, tasteless, and luke warm. Pickles were tough. Fries were warmish but had a ton of salt and inedible.
just tried to go here, Sunday 1.09.22 at 4pm and every door was locked, and cones blocking the drive thru. not a single sign anywhere to show they were closed.
If there is less Stars I will give -10 Waiting long time ppl leave the line .they are taking 1 order at the time. I thought there is 1worker. But after I went to the window I found 3 ppl 1 making Sandwich and 2 talking to each other
Fastest Burger King in the area! Was 12th car in line today, 10 minute wait. I had a 5 person order, was in & out in no time. This Burger King gets a lot of traffic & moves quite quickly. & they are short staffed & still manage to do a good job. The dining room is closed due to covid & still manage to run the drive thru smoothly. I come here all the time & not once have they missed or messed up my order which is more than i can say for Wendy's on Union Blvd!!! No comparison!!
I enjoy the flame broiled burgers, which allow most of the beef fat to fall away while the burger cooks, unlike other fast food chains which simmer burgers right in the beef fat. The flavor is pure beef, tasty and crisp, and the menu has choices for everyone. Do remember to ask for salt on your fries, unless your health requires a low salt diet, for which the fries as a standard are served regularly.
