Pick up doordash orders here and it has been rediculous. I went up to the counter and asked for the order for doordash. He snapped,"we JUST got it in, just now". I could see 2 bags with stickers keeping the bags close which I suspected was mine but he said no so I figured it was someone else's. After standing around for 13 mins after my pick up time he asked his coworker what those bags were. Suprise! It was my doordash order. I stood around for nothing.
Clean store, staff is very friendly and courteous.Food is okay, typical BK grub. BK offers value and consistency - easy, quick and tasty.Newer menu items are adding to the variety and flavors.The Ch'King sandwiches are very good and packed with flavor. Nashville sandwich has a bit of heat!
This Burger King is HORRIBLE!!! The service is subpar & that's being kind. They are very unprofessional. I waited at the order board for over 12minutes just to place an order. I finally had enough & drove up toward the window to find 2 customers standing there ordering & waiting for their order. INSANE. I will NEVER go back.
Hefanie I mean Stephanie is extremely rude and shouldn't work no where near food or the public. They close at 7pm everyday and the drivethru takes forever and the food is mostly cold. Don't eat Here!!!!
Drive thru always wrapped around building. Needs to pay people better and treat them well to get more workers. They can afford it
I order here often & always have large orders & I never have to wait long. Drive thru moves fast, even when 1 lane or window is closed due to lack of help. So far I have never had a problem. Definitely one of the fastest Burger Kings in the area for the amount of traffic they get. I also love the sense of humor & friendlyness of the staff here. Always good fun when ordering here.
Went into order, stood there for about 10 minutes. Although the employees were standing around NOT one of them came to the register to take my order.
Very small rodeo burger and no mozzarella cheese for the new Italian chicken sandwich. Lobby not open and service under par. Food was hot but not going back for a while. Ugh

Forgot chicken nuggets, dining room closed so I couldn’t even get in to talk to someone. By the way no sign on the day saying the dining room was closed. The only sign was new hours 11:am to 7:pm.
