Very slow for a fast food place and not the counters fault. The woman at the window was working the inside and window counters. In the office was I take it the manager doing nothing at all she should of been helping . My guess is she is to good to help. I will not recommend going to this Burger king at all worth the drive to go elseware.

There are no gloves being worn no hair nets and the woman who was packing our food was eating french fries at the same time with her bare fingers putting them in her mouth while she was touching our food as well they really need to get their stuff together get a whole new staff because there are people waiting 45 minutes in line literally this place is a disgrace get new staff! Needs better work ethics, you can tell 98% of the staff drag and have worst facial and body language. Like seriously if you can’t do your job right and you’re not happy there then leave don’t be miserable and ruin it for someone else. Regional manager, cooperate should be ashamed of this location! Tell your staff to also consider hygiene they look gross and tie hair back neatly for the women who don’t!

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes, place an order for the kids. Rang me up for milkshake, didn't have it and also didn't say anything. 3 fries were were missing out of 4 meals, walked inside not to hold up the drive through. Meanwhile, customers are standing in there with absolutely nobody for the register and we were being ignored for a good 20 minutes before I said something. Grill workers were apologetic, but the girl at drive through needs to not work if she doesn't want to. And gave us attitude about the milkshake. Used to like burger king but I cant go there anymore. It's more stressful every time.

This experience today was not good. Drove up and got in line to order,waited 20 minutes or more to make it to the menu to place my order. Waited another 20 minutes or so to get to the window to pick up my order,once there I had to wait again for them to hand me my order. Was watching,everyone seemed to not know what was going on it was total melt down with arguing going on between the supervisor and the cooks. Feel sorry for the girl that apologized to me for the waited. She was embarrassed and you could see it on her face.

Ordered. Got down the block before I realized order completely wrong. Went back, nicely explained the sitch, they got me another order that was completely wrong again. Like not even close…Also no plastic straws. Just paper. Never waste your money here.

Granddaughter loved it and it was a welcome flashback to when I was her age and visited the same Berger King

If I could give 0 stars I would. Would have had a better chance at the McDonald’s next store. Places an online mobile order for like $20 worth of food (not uncommon items) and we get to the restaurant after they ACCEPTED our money online and say they are “closed” and they can’t give us our order…. So why would you even accept the order and take our money then? The female employee that I talked to was very rude…. It’s 6pm we didn’t order a lot of food and we didn’t order late.

Sign says open at 6am. Pull up to the drive-thru a little after 8am to find road cones at the drive-thru. Pull up to the window to see what is going on. Two people in there who immediately start yelling through the glass for me to leave.I get times are tough and places are having significant staffing issues, but any explanation would have been nice. Don't start yelling at the customer like it's my fault for wondering what is going on. If this is any indication of how they treat their employees, it's no wonder they can't keep anyone.

We sat at the drive through at 8:40 am for 5 minutes and no one helped us. We went to the pull up windows and no one was there. The lights are on and google says it’s open but we couldn’t get any service.

Worst experience ever!!! I ask too speak with a manager just for the manager to come to the drive thru even MORE rude then the employee!! Literally slamming the window in my face I’m high upset !! Unprofessional !!
