Spectacular spot! We're so happy this charming farm house is back with all of its carefully curated food and drinks. This place is an absolute gem. The attention to details are impeccable from the food to the drink selection, the decor and charm. We've never had a bad meal here. Every dish is bursting with flavor, the ingredients are carefully selected for their quality while also supporting the local farms that are abundant for the area. The 'its latin for mushroom' cocktail is a dream for those who love dirty martinis, this one comes with pickled mushroom brine and is truly divine! Their caviar service is unique with the local accoutrements, and the homemade, warm blinis puts it over the top. Save room for dessert the butterscotch pudding is a staple and the perfect ending to a fabulous meal. Make sure to make a reservation or get on the wait-list. The tavern also serves the same menu as the main dining room.

Really great meal and drinks. Mushrooms were in season, as nearly everything on the menu had them. My mushroom "Ceasar" salad was other worldly and the Alaskan King Salmon was quite good. The mushroom soup was the "star of the show" for one at our table. Only 4 stars as my daughters burger was not good, and I think if it's on the menu, it should be amazing. Service was OK, but a little sporadic with multiple servers. Would definitely go back.

Simply the best. Every time.

Spent three hours for a supper club dinner. Minuscule portions for the exhorbitant price and spending three hours there for so-so food is ridiculous. Best thing was the homemade rolls. Over $300 for dinner and drinks and not a great experience. Used to be great before the “Supper Club” concept.

I’ve had the opportunity to dine at bolete in various occasions, and it has been a great experience using their farm to create some amazing pairings with their wine selection. Coming from New York, it was a treat when we came to Lehigh valley to visit my Parents in law. However, this is our first time going after their opening of the supper club. I must say the only thing I appreciated was the service. The food was not up to par at all from previous experiences. The short rib being solely fat and lack of flavor, which is what I was most excited about. The salmon was overly cooked, which broth salvaged it at least. Jumping into the wine by the glass selection being quite poor and lack of pairing to their courses, having tried various and all feeling like they have been open for longer than a day.I am not one to write reviews, but honestly left quite disappointed last night. Perhaps because it was a Thursday…I hope to have a better experience next time

Easily the best restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. So much attention to detail. Always perfectly cooked food. Interesting combinations you never thought you would love. It’s the perfect place to celebrate whatever you want and treat yourself!

Lee and Erin are wonderful hosts. It’s like being invited to their home. The entire staff is knowledgeable and gracious. Their local farm to table cuisine is creative and delicious. All baking is done on the premises. There is no other restaurant in the area that does what they do. Go to Bolete for a unique and delightful experience.

Food always excellent! Great cocktails- best in area.

I really loved this place. I mean everything about it - the hospitality, the warmth and friendliness of the servers, the ambiance and gosh the food was phenomenal. About a year ago we decided to try the sheds and man, it just felt SO isolating and cold. It was incredibly dark and hard to see our meals which really took away from the food. We had ordered additional drinks that were forgotten as there was no way to get in touch with our server. I know the inside is reopening but gosh, I was so thrown off by my last visit that I just can’t imagine coming back. It was once somewhere we went for great food and a great time and I’m not sure at this point that that will ever come back - especially after it being two years already.

Used to love it. The experience inside was absolutely wonderful. The sheds lack that service they used to provide. Forgotten drinks that are ordered, just not the same. Hate to say it but I don’t plan on coming back. Was once the best in the valley. Covid protocols are a tad excessive, diminishing the experience this place once provided.
