Friendly staff good coffee
Let's just for a moment forget that this company hires disabled people and values them as they should be. They make a dang good cup of coffee, the frozen lemonade is one of the best I've had, and the shop is immaculate. Wonderful!
We ordered 2 mochas. They didn’t have too much coffee in them. Mostly tasted like milk. The place was cute & clean. But it was very overpriced for a cup of mostly milk. Lines were very long as well. I’m unsure if I would come back.
Not only was the coffee amazing, the staff was so sweet. The location is big and clean. I highly recommend!
This is the 4th Bitty & Beau's location I have visited, and like all the others, it's practically perfect in every way. Easy to access location (with parking nearby), perfect, friendly service, great coffee, and an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere. I visited on a Saturday and it was a steady stream of customers. I put my pin in the wall, enjoyed my Frap, and soaked up the radically inclusive mission. It's more than a cup of coffee!
Love it ... Their slogan "More than just a cup of coffee." Rings true in every sense, immediately my day become brighter just from the walk in. The playing card order selection system and all of the dog goodies made it a grand slam. Amazing , beautiful and creative business.
I have never been to the shop but love their merch and everything they support! I just received a sweet note with the hat I ordered and couldn’t be happier! I can just tell the customer service here is 5 out of 5 stars ??
Amazing concept, awesome place, friendly staff! The owner is very positive and encouraging. The girl at the register didn’t know how to process a gift card payment, but Pam told her, “You can do this.” and walked her through the steps.
Great location, great customer service and great atmosphere. Their coffee is pretty good and I never had an issue with my order. Everyone is very polite and friendly, makes you feel welcomed the moment you open their door. I also enjoyed seeing their playing card order system they have. Instead of using names where you can get confused with the next person with the same name, you have a playing card to match your order, super simple and affective! We love this place and we’ll definitely be back!!
