If you're going to change what comes in the sampler, you need to change it on the website. Second time I've ordered and got fried pickles instead of potato skins. This time with burnt onion rings and no dipping sauces!
I love this place but my sister was staying with us and ordered at my recommendation. Two pizzas and apps came. I didn’t see the pizza, but it didn’t meet my sister’s expectations. I’ve spent thousands through the pandemic (almost every night at the start of the pandemic). They offered to send out replacement pizzas, but people here ate them, when they arrived they asked for proof of messing it up. Which if they said that at the beginning I would have told our guests to hold them. We didn’t ask for replacements, they offered. I will continue to order, but I’m a little disappointed that my address didn’t ring a bell and they didn’t take my family, loyal patrons, at their word.

truthfully didn’t know what to expect on a on-line order direct from the Bethlehem location. food was Hot and delicious. timing was 30 min. maybe less! driver was friendly! honestly wasn’t all that happy with the what seemed to be a high delivery fee since i’m less than 6 minutes away! however i think it was a small price to pay on Mother’s day. At least onTHIS DAY it was worth NOT having to go get it myself!

They are OK with serving as much alcohol as you want to have served but yet when you want to call them and make sure that your car was OK in the parking lot when you got a ride there not OK with that. I simply called to make sure my car was ok because last week I just got it back from being stolen. Yet when I went in there the bartender Maria said I would no longer be served because her manager Dan said I accused them of overserving. I never said that just wanted to tell her why I left my car. It’s ok my money and the overtipping I do will go elsewhere.
Its always clean! Only had one bad experience with the bartenders being unattentive that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5 besides that great atmosphere and usually great staff.
The food is pretty good, but it would be nice to have more variery in the craft beer on tap. They might have 12 beers available and 10 are IPA'S.
Recently was in town visiting a friend, we opted to eat here for a quick bite with some drinks. Three ladies were tending bar, two were great. One not so much. The atmosphere is to be expected as its billed as a sports bar. We were originally waiting for a table, however after not getting seated we walked to bar which had a ton of open seats. We got menus and ordered a few different items. Food came quickly and tasted great. The star rating comes mainly on attitude of one bartender, maybe a long night, or a bad day. But she left a bad taste in our entire parties mouth. Literally and figuratively.
Went to Big Woody's tonight for takeout, my wife ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and she opened the wrap to find that there was only nine tiny pieces of chicken. If you put them together you would have had a 1/4 piece of a small chicken breast. So she called them and they told her they will give her 10% off on her next order ... we don't plan on going there again. She tells them no and she wants a grilled chicken breast sandwich and they wouldn't do it because it cost more, even though the price on the menu was the same, she told them to make her another wrap. When I went to pick it up they had the audacity to ask me if I brought the other wrap with me. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Btw the wrap cost $12.00
