Shout out to Rene, the manager. They were out of horsey sauce but she hooked me up with some. Love that sauce on the sandwich. The workers were amazing also. Very friendly and courteous. Happy Fourth.

I've always enjoyed the food here. As with most restaurants and fast food places during these COVID times, having enough staff seems to be problematic and wait times may be longer. I have always found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. They did, however, forget my fries on my last visit. Note to self...check your bagged order before you pull away! ?

Sat at the drive thru menu board for 10 minutes before order was taken. Took another 15 minutes to get our food and it was cold. My wagyu burger was well done, not medium rare as advertised. I would have complained but the lobby was closed and I wasn't about to sit in the drive thru for another half an hour

This was hands down the best experience we've ever had at an Arby's! We don't have any local to us and Barous was the absolute nicest person, even brought our meal to us even though we didn't expect it! If we didn't live in RI we'd be regulars there!

Awesome staff! Renee the manager needs a raise!!! That woman is always busting her butt. Today she was taking orders and cooking and bagging. All awhile trying to keep the guy working with her upbeat about how busy their were and that he could do it!. It would be shame for Arbys to lose her.

This arbys is a mess. Mozzarella sticks rarely come with marinara. None of the notes or addons are ever added. Pay $.75 for a cup of cheese? How about two? They are not coming. My last meal they replaced all of my cheddar cheese with nacho cheese?! Why on earth does arbys even have nacho cheese? completely disgusting and poorly managed staff. avoid or go to another arbys

I have had many good experiences with this Arby's. Like any fast food restaurant there are some items forgotten in the bag from time to time, but for the most part the food and service has been good. The most disappointing experiences so far have been the rude customers barking at the staff for small issues that did not deserve their awful attitudes. I have witnessed more rudeness from customers who feel entitled to having Everything perfect that they forget that they are speaking to another human being. Tonight I was served by Duane, who was very polite and courteous on the speaker. The manager was Renee, who was a good support to her staff and customers. And then Adam was working hard cooking in the back. All of them were on their game and doing their best with the high volume of customers. Thanks guys for doing a good job! Please don't let the awful rude people out there ruin your day or make your lose your cool. ?

I have no beef with Arby's ever..love them!!..and them seasoned curly fries..oohhh snap!
