4th time dining here this year. Previous 3 visits were better but tonights visit was a 2 star visit.1)Watched other tables that were sat after us getting there meals while still waiting to order. Took maybe 30 min to get our order taken.2) Had to remind waitress after electronically paying the bill, kids never got their drinks3) had the oreo cookie swirl to go, kids didn't even drink it so I guess it didn't matter the cups weren't filled. First time having it, but was runny and tasted a bit off.4) manager never came over to check on our table.Server did mention being new, so hoping to see her again and give her another chance. Observered her at a couple other tables and she did appear personable, so couldn't bring myself to leaving less than 18%.
Usually like Applebee's and we were passing through this area and thought it would be a good reasonably priced place to eat. Service was good however the quality of the food was suspect. My wife had the steak with mashed potatoes. Immediately she said the mashed potatoes were cold, probably sitting around for a while. They brought more and were hot but suspect they were just reheated from the same old batch. Worse was the steak, which had a strange taste but she was hungry and ate it. During the night she was very sick and that was the only meal she had eaten since earlier in the day. Maybe it was something else but I've had food poisoning before and it seemed very much like that.
Called about 20minutes to a half hour early to let them know I had a party of 15 coming in once seated before putting our order in we asked for split checks. To help the server out. Order our drinks my beer was flat witch isn't his fault what so ever he did take it off the bill. But our drink weren't correct nor was he organized passing them out even after we said who's drinks they were. Then a few drinks never were brought out. I worked 5years serving myself and know the field. Then the apps were completely wrong so I asked for a manager. In stead of asking if everything was ok he leaves comes back and states in a unprofessional tone (your the one who came in with 15 people) so I stated (there's no need to get nasty I called ahead about our party) and he still proceeds to be unprofessional. Manager come over does basically nothing about the situation to his employee but let's him go upon his shift and gives us a new one witch the young man did great and was polite. We get our bill and our kids dessert was to only thing takin off. Corporate will be getting a call. And no he's not a new server my aunt goes there weekly and he's been there for a while. ALSO DIDN'T HAVE A NAME TAG ON
I like this Applebees. Good food, clean place, fast, quick service. I like the 2 for $24. Can't beat that deal. I've had just about everything on the menu. The onlything I'm not fond of it the Fiesta lime chicken. Too chewy & very bland. Other than that, I enjoyed everything I have gotten. My favorite is the alfredos & Mac & cheese. Really good margaritas @ a fair price too. Great place for a quick bite & unwind.
I was in town for a hockey tournament and Applebee’s was just a short walk from the hotel. The bartender and waitress(Heather) were quick, helpful, and super friendly. I had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and a couple of the $5 drinks. Everything was great!
My friends and I enjoyed a late night at Applebee's. The staff was great, abd they catered to our loud voices. We were just having a good time, but they were there when we needed them. This location gets the stars
Right after my sister's graduation. we wanted to go and celebrate. We found this restaurant on google, it was the closest we could find. I'm glad we did. The experience was amazing, good customer service, outstanding staff. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Kelize S. You are Amazing!!!
Ordered the 3 cheese macaroni and chicken tenders: it looked nothing like the picture, poorly made, no cheese, and honey all over the pasta. Upset my stomach. Over priced Waist of money. Waiter ok. But I'd Advise you not to go.
Everyone was friendly and our server was great! However, the prices, as most places, have gone up but not sure the food quality and quantity match the increase.
Well if like a salad doused in dressing order one here ugh almost a soup not a saladService was very fast or else it would have been 1 star
